We booked two rooms. It's a quiet, nature-friendly hotel. The pool water was warm like a hot spring, probably due to the heat during the day, so I just dipped my feet in to cool down and then got out. The pool is pretty, so I think it's great for kids to play in. The air conditioning in one of the rooms broke down and kept getting fixed and then breaking again during our two-night stay. Eventually, they did fix it, but it meant enduring some discomfort at night. The hotel is close to the main street of Old Town. What I noticed during our two-night stay is that the main street of Old Town starts its business late, so it wasn't very lively during the day. I think one night would have been enough.

Had a good stay. Near the old town and easy to navigate. I like how the location is family friendly. The staffs are very accommodating.

There were benches and sofas scattered all over the expansive grounds, and I spent a lot of time relaxing in the cool shade of the palm trees. From 4 to 5 PM, they also served delicious Vietnamese food in the garden.

Great location a couple of minutes walk from the night market and ancient town. The pool hqs an excellent view of the river and the bar prices are very affordable.

Lovely hotel, we were treated with a Vietnamese tasting experience the afternoon we arrived as well as a complimentary sunset river cruise. The staff is very friendly and helpfull and the Manager even came over to introduce himself. I would definitely be going back to this hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

Excellent location only 5-10 minute walk to Hoi An Ancient Town and night market. Many many restaurants close by. Third time staying here. They upgraded the rooms from 3 years ago. Staff is very helpful.

Just a 5-minute walk from the night market. The hotel is a bit old overall, but the pool is beautiful and lovely. It gets a bit cold in winter. I think it's fair for the price. The staff are friendly, especially those at the pool bar who are incredibly nice.

Great Hotel centrally located and within walking distance of all of Hoi An. The staff are so nice and cant do enough for you. Top spot.

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. First, the location: it's near the old town, just a 5-minute walk with a left turn followed by a right turn. However, it's much quieter than being inside the old town, which is crowded and noisy. The hotel is comprised of many two-story villas with river-facing gardens. It faces another river, offering a wide view and a small garden. It's not a standalone hotel, but rather very beautiful and tranquil. I was very satisfied with this aspect. The rooms are spacious, with a small living room and a small balcony. There's a porch outside the room facing the pool and river view. There are chairs in front of the door where you can sit and enjoy the garden view and sunset. The hotel was very clean, although the facilities are a bit old, but considering the price, it's quite affordable. As for the service, I think it's truly first-class. The staff are very nice, and the hotel arranges many free activities, such as sunset boating and local cuisine. The breakfast is also good, especially since it's all free. They are also very helpful if you need assistance; for example, the receptionist brought me a clipboard from home, haha. There were very few Chinese guests at the hotel; most were Europeans, Americans, or Koreans. Overall, it felt much better than the hotel I booked for 800-900 yuan, and I really liked it. The only downside was that I could always hear roosters crowing in the mornings. But I think they might be "staff" too, since they always got to drink chicken soup. 😂

The river view is beautiful! There are many foreign tourists. The service is good.

The pool and view exceeded my expectations for a family trip, making it a truly wonderful experience. The location is also quite good, and if you plan your route carefully, it's a great value.
