Fantastic hotel. Best in holbox! Beautiful designed hotel in every detail. Both inside, outside and rooms. Best beach club and beach in holbox. Perfect location. Great service also. Also good with kids. We were a family of 4 (kids 3 and 5 years) A hotel vibe we will miss and remember.

Ser Casasandra on the beautiful island of Holbox, Quintana Roo, Mexico is a wonderful place to stay and fully enjoy this exceptional holiday location. The hotel is superb, our room was lovely the pool is gorgeous and never crowded (at least when we’re were there). The staff are exceptional and friendly. This must be one of the best places to stay when when holidaying in this part of the world. Ser Casasandra is not cheap but it’s definitely good value for money.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Martin and Vanessa and their team were extremely welcoming and helpful. It is obvious the staff cares about their jobs and takes pride in the service and experience they offer. I feel as if there are more staff than guests, as a storm approached our first day an entire team appeared out of nowhere to pack up the cushions under a tent. The grounds are lushly landscaped and comfortable. The beach is well groomed and appointed with chaise lounges and day beds, on our trip the sargasso was a problem but no more than the less of the island. There is nowhere else on Holbox I would rather stay.

What can I say that I haven’t already shared back in 2021… Ser Casasandra is like no other. It is peace, it is refuge, it is love, it is life. It is finding your why and who you are deep down inside. It is a place that calls you HOME at times when your subconscious needs it most. It is where you can finally JUST BE. Surrounding by several warm smiles and embraces. It’s a place HOME away from HOME for me. May the universe and God repay everyone for their kindness, love and comfort. Thank you as always to Sandra, Juan Miguel… my guiding angels on earth. A million thanks to Yaima, Shellya, Leti, Martin, Eric, Mayralis, Vanessa, Gallito, Johnny, Antonio, Axel, Laura and Holly. You’ve welcomed my cousins and I with the utmost love and kindness and for that I am always indebted and grateful! This place is Heaven on Earth! Till we see each other again. Next trip with my children and husband.

This place is incredible. We have had the opportunity to visit many countries and hotels, but this is the best place we've ever stayed. The hotel design is rustic but there are modern touches that make it very contemporary. The food, service and accommodation are all superb. The attention to detail is inspiring. It's like being in paradise.

We loved our stay at Ser Casasandra last month. A beautifully and thoughtfully styled and decorated hotel. It was a 5 minute walk into town and located across the road from the beach where there is a lovely hotel beach bar. The staff were great, knowledgable, helpful and charming. We ate a few dinners in the hotel restaurant which was also excellent. We did a lot of hotel research in Holbox and we were so glad we found Casasandra.

This hotel is gorgeous ❤️ Not only you are welcome like a member of the family but also the entire decor is incredible and so much adapted to the island of Holbox… Martin who is the handy man there is so so friendly, he helped us with our luggage and he also gave us great advises for various activities and he even organized everything for us… We warmly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a very cosy, charming and relaxing place… We were on holiday with our kids/ adults 19 and 21 and there were absolutely impressed by the beauty of the place.
