We’re on a coast-to-coast road trip and this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Scrupulously clean rooms and adequate bathroom toiletries. Quiet with not a peep from outside or the other rooms. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Will definitely return.

Good, only thing was the juice dispenser wasnt working at start of breaskfast 2nd day. The girl had it working a little later.

It is perhaps unique in its design I've never seen a Holiday inn Express that was built in this fashion quite a beautiful building

Staff and check in super easy and nice. The hotel is clean, comfortable mattress and pillows. The hotel itself is old and outdated, the breakfast room is in despret need to be overhauled.
Two lg. containers of coffee that were empty and a long wait till new coffee was finished brewing for one of the containers. However the breakfast choices gave way more variety then in other hotels of the same price range.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had good water pressure. The carpet is old and desperately needs to be updated/deep cleaned and the caulking around the hot tub in the room had black mold.

Even though we were late risers in the morning, we did not receive clean towels and the trash was not emptied on a daily basis. Everything else was wonderful.

Breakfast is very generic and bought from Cisco in already prepared form. HIE used to have the food actually prepared on site, now they just microwave it and it tastes like it. This is probably industry wide now though.
