Scheduled a stay at Praia through *******. Should have checked it myself. No sign out front except a "For Rent" sign on a stake in the yard. They sent me a room number and code, which did not work. In fact, our room was not cleaned and the previous people were still in there as of 2 pm the day of check in. There is no front desk. We had to make other arrangements and Praia will not give us a refund. ******* was no help either. Won't be using ******* in the future.
