Caribbean Resort Suites

The location was great, the room was fine, however, there was loud music and talking going on at the pool right outside our room late into the night. The front office was apparently closed when we called to have the situation taken care of. We left messages but got no response at all, not even the next morning when we checked out.

Room on second floor near terrace could see husband play at the paddleboard courts across the street was great. Beach steps away. They control the pool hours and have good camera surveillance in case of any issues after hours. Enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect. Close to the boardwalk and ocean. Was surprised when we had 2 bathrooms in our room. They helped get our room cleaned early and let us check in hours early

Only big problem we had was even though we put the do not disturb sign on doorknob, someone entered our room, put 2 towels on the tv, didn't refresh bathroom, and went through where we put money in envelopes and moved them around.

It was a good layout of the room and nice to have a tiki bar on property. The smoke alarm chirped all night and no hot water for shower. They did "fix" the smoke alarm but didn't work.

Location is amazing. Just feet from the beach and in the middle of the boardwalk. Many shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing. Andy was great. He came to our room at 9pm to change our smoke detector batteries when I told him it was beeping. Such nice people. My only critiques would: be very slow Wi-fi, pool was heated and nice, but small. Unfortunately we had loud teens above us that made it difficult too sleep cause we could hear all the noise. However, it was spring break so we expected that. Nothing the hotel could do. We would definitely come back, but maybe stay on the second floor. Overall, our family had a great time and the place and people were great. We will be coming back!

The tiki bar was good. Pedro was a really great bartender. The a/c is a challenge. It was not hot when we were there. We will stay again!

Short stay with family of 5. Cons- Futon option for the kids was not great. Sheets were old/worn and no blanket and it was after office hours by the time we realized that. Pros- office staff was kind and helpful, there was a nice pool and close walk to beach and boardwalk!

The Caribbean club was very close to the beach with the boardwalk. Having lots of restaurants snd shops. Beach was nice with the availability to rent cabanas and chairs and also bikes to rent. Would definitely recommend.
