Hollywood Beach Suites and Hotel

We loved this hotel and the room we got could fit a family of almost 8, which was completely unexpected. Love the beach towels and chairs they offer. I don’t know, it just had a nice feel to it and the little things stand out…like cold water for guests waiting in the lobby and an outdoor shower to rinse off after going to the beach. The room and beds were cozy.

Great place to stay! The location was convenient and the price was great.

Staff was on 24/7 and very helpful. Location was great. Room had 2 queens and bunkbeds along with small kitchen area. Very nice for a small family. And it was close to the boardwalk. Only problem we had was there was a remote missing for the tv in the bedroom, but we weren't there to watch tv. And the bathroom sink was clogged up when we got up in the morning. I'm sure they would have fixed the problem immediately, but it was 3 am and we didn't want to bother anyone. I would highly recommend this place.

Lyft drivers could not find the front entrance as it is not easy to find, the sign is way to small.

Public parking. Was hard to find a spot after 10 pm. Very nice updated room. Cozy. Upstairs family was loud but quiet late at night. Great rest. Awesome shower. Comfortable AC. Has mini fridge and new microwave. Dining table. The two Queen beds had mini wall for privacy. Very close to beach. Breakfast next door reasonable priced and homemade. Taco bar is big with discount priced for onsite guests.Happy hr drink on the house. Any beach items you would need for borrow. New fresh beach towels for use. Friendly accommodating staff presence 24/7. Neighborhood has many different types of restaurants up to high scale within walking distance. Grocery shopping and retail within miles and easy to drive to or have delivered.beach houses divided with sitting patios. Will visit again! Close to Ft. Lauderdale airport

Overall it was a pleasant stay in a mostly clean room. The bathroom was rather dirty, it you close the door when you're in the bathroom you can see the buildup of dust and grime below the electrical box and on the towel shelf. The bathroom could definitely use more towel racks and hooks to hang stuff. And a much brighter light. The floor in the the main room was pretty dirty, my bare feet turned brown after walking around. This room could also use more hooks and a luggage racks. It's not convenient to keep a suitcase on the floor. On the plus side, the room was cool and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. Proximity to the beach and the broad walk is great. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The resident cat, Cheetah, was so cute.

Let me say this first, it's nice. When I booked it I was expecting a unit that was in one of the main level rooms. Ours was on the third floor of and older building. No elevator with luggage it was a pain. I realize it was an older building and not Subject to Ada rules. But it was very clear and alough it was a smaller room it was nice. Just beware when you book ask for a lower level if you have issues. Close to everything especially the boardwalk and beach. F1 grand prix was in town so it was lively in the area. Possibly stay here again but would request different accommodations. Plus parking is and extra charge thru park mobile.
