Only good thing to say was it was a great location.Other than that,not a very nice place.Would never stay there again .

To start off the check in process took an hour, then based on the website description we did not get the room we booked. The location is fantastic with most propertiesbeing on the beach or very close. If you think of all 19 properties as a resort you have use of all the pools and various courtyards. They do offer secure luggage storage which is convenient if your room isn't ready or you have a late flight. We made the best of the situation but know that the pictures do not always accurately represent the room or location. We booked a room we thought had a view of the ocean to find out we had a room with a small window and no view, when questioned they told us a room with our requirements didn’t exist with an ocean view.

Room was clean and ocean view was fantastic. No hot water, but let front office know and it was fixed by that night.

Location was the key with this room, it's older but we had no issues with anything, and would stay again

Maintenance was lacking at this hotel. It is a great location right on the beach and the bed and linens were very good Multiple cracked tiles, stove missing handles, sink was dirty. No cups for brushing teeth, no Kleenex, nothing in the kitchen but if you ask you can get it. TVs were not easy to use and you could only watch prime stations if anything. Locks on doors were a joke and 1 out of 4 light switches did anything Not worth the money. This place has the potential to be a nice place if maintained

Horrible!!! Ghetto on the beach. Old disgusting Uncomfortable bed. They just blasted white paint over everythig. WIFI horrible amd cant get signal in the room.

Except for the hotel's location, the rest of the information when booking was not truthful of the room we got. There was a terrible smell in the room the whole stay, two windows that did not open, no vent in the bathrrom and an AC unit which made an awful noise - impossible to sleep! There were no cooking facilities other than a coffee maker without filter. The breakfast area was literally in a different building some blocks away, and there was not enough space for all customers to sit down. It was totally not worth the price we paid.

Check in was a nightmare, the line was wrapped around the place. One person checking people in for 10 hotels.We were not given the room at Paradise, we were given a room at Neptune. The sheets were stained, hair on the wall in bathroom. Coffee maker but no complimentary coffee. You had to pay $5 for a bag of ice. There was no silverware, dishes etc in the room I went to the desk, he gives it to me in a cardboard box. It was the biggest waste of money.

The room was clean, the staff was awesome and the location was unbeatable! I will be back!
