The Marlin Beachside

A group of us stayed the weekend here before heading out of Miami on a cruise and it was the best choice!! It wasn't directly on the beach but we could see a snip-it of the ocean in between buildings. Anyways, that didn't bother us because within 20 steps you were standing on the boardwalk looking at the beach. Plus, this place was really clean, the owner was super friendly, and they had alot of beach items for use. They had beach towels in our room already and we found 2 beach chairs for use in our closet. Then, we went exploring and found a wall of beach items for use like buckets, floats, boogie boards, small coolers...etc. We also found electric grills we could use. Which was handy because the rooms only have a cooktop and microwave for cooking. However, there were all the other amenities you could want in a kitchenette like a sink, a dishwasher, a full refrigerator, coffee pot, and kitchen utensils. The overall vibe of the place was modern meets vintage Florida which we found charming. The room was spacious with plenty of storage. We never felt on top of each other. So, if there was a group of us traveling to the area again we would definitely choose this hotel!!

After researching hotels in Hollywood Beach, I found The Marlin. It had consistently excellent reviews and I liked the location and price. When we got there, our fully equipped studio was cleaner than anyplace I’ve ever stayed before. Max and Natasha were like family and very responsive to any questions I had. I’ve already booked for next year. They provide bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella. Just steps to the beach.

Most accommodating, needed to come in a day early and moved us from one room to another. Email communication was thorough. Great location! Only think missing is a pool. Natasha is super helpful and very nice. Would stay here again. Rooms are clean and updated. Great location to the boardwalk and nightlife. Unit 2 and 3 are great.
