This unit with its PRIVATE entrance is part of a 3 unit complex. These units only share pool and grilling area. Just steps outside your door you will be greeted by the fine sand and crashing waves. Or take a short walk to local eateries, boutique shops and even ride the FREE trolley to explore the island. Enjoy the many activities nearby. Island Suite - 1 Bedroom- Ground Level Deluxe 1 Bedroom Suite *Queen bedroom *Sleeper Sofa *Full bathroom *FREE fast WiFi *Smart TV's *Fully equipped kitchen *Use of shared heated pool *Use of shared grill *Beach Chairs and other beach supplies in garage *Fresh linens and towels provided - 1 full set of towels per guest including a beach towel *Complimentary starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, creamer and sugar supplied. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above. 3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work. 4. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 5. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day. 6. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages. 7. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit. 8. 9. Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility
