Everyone was very helpful,the rooms were great and so was the pool,the beacb near the hotel is beautiful and so are the sunsets that come along with it,its probably only a 5 minute walk and the cute little shops right next to the hotel are adorable.

Very unclean
The property is very nice and conveniently located in AMI. However after going for the second year in a row we were very disappointed. Very dirty. One walk around the room and our kids feet were black. No mopping goes on only vacuuming and the same things like sand where still on the floor each time we went back. One day they didn't put towels for us and ended up bringing it quick when we called. Best customer service was from a young man named Tyler who switched out our rooms as soon as we got there and hadn't gotten the same one as the year prior ( due to space ). We loved the hotel prior to this stay, and will most likely not be back. Getting outdated and like I said very unclean. The couches and the carpets are also very filthy. Big worry especially when traveling with kids and you see little cockroaches in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay and the pool area is gorgeous. Thanks for keeping the pool water so warm! The kitchen area was perfect for the nights we cooked in. We will definitely be back!

Girls trip! The units are great. Well appointed. Great location within walking distance to the beach and shops. We went food shopping and bought our own libations and enjoyed ourselves. There is a room with two queens and a bathroom, and a room with a king and bathroom, and laundry! The kitchen has everything you need. We rented beach chairs from Beach Bums, which were delivered free of charge, locked up on the bike rack, where we returned them after our stay to be picked up. There is also a dolphin cruise/sunset cruise offered right out back. A great place to stay.

Beware. The website photos do not tell the complete story. This hotel is not in the best area and there is a strip mall across the street. You need to cross through a parking lot and the strip mall to get to the beach. This should not be a $1200/night hotel. I’d do your homework. Highly disappointing for a Marriott road warrior who stays in Marriotts weekly.
