Honestly if you're solo travelling or you're two people just go right ahead and book it it's super close to the city centre right next to the metro line the room is really clean they had capsule coffee and water with a couple of Sweet treats the bed was comfortable the Wi-Fi is decent checking in was super easy. And it's significantly cheaper than other hotels and it's if you want to walk it's only 15 20 minute walk to the main areas or you can just get the metro which is just four five minutes away it's super easy to get to schonbrunn Palace. The bathroom was super clean and the showers great they also included shower gel conditioner body lotion and there's a fridge. The room might seem really small when you first walk in, but there's loads of places to put your stuff so they can be out the way. Book straight away!!!

Excellent stay at Pension Mozart! The location is perfect—within walking distance of Vienna’s main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of charm, and the self check-in process was smooth and convenient. The staff were friendly and responsive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Great value for money, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Susanna Hansen Hotel has a particularly good location, convenient transportation, good hotel service attitude, suitable for business travel, very satisfied hotel like like like like like!

O hotel conta com boa estrutura, está em boa localização na cidade, visto que apesar de não ser diretamente no centro (está há uns 20, 25 minutos de caminhada), tem facilidades, como o trans, diretamente na porta. O café da manhã é muito bom. Vi algumas avaliações negativas e achei totalmente injustas, visto que é bem variado e com vários itens gostosos, de qualidade. Um ponto importante a ser ressaltado: o comprometimento com o hóspede. Tivemos um problema com a chave e precisamos acionar o responsável, perto de meia noite, para conseguirmos entrar. A pessoa chegou muito rápido e nos ajudou com a maior educação e cordialidade.

The boss was very enthusiastic and came downstairs to open the door for me very late. The hotel facilities are average and the location is good. The price is very good and the price-performance ratio is very high.

For the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center. When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately. The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants. The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service. Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch. I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Stayed with my wife and we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, nice bathroom with shower, beds were comfortable and the room had high ceiling. The TV was a bit small. Staff was very nice and gave us early access to our room on our second stay. Be adviced that the lobby is only managed from 12 to 17, but you can self check-in if you arrive late which we did the first time around 23 pm. The location is conveniently close to a tram station which quickly takes you to Schottentor from where you can easily access the rest of Vienna. We loved our stay and will stay here again on our next visit to this lovely city!

Very beautiful old building with elegant furniture. Close to the city hall, district court and the university. Refrigerator is in the room. Although the reception is not open for 24 hours, explanation will be given for late entrance and early check-out.

It was better than I’ve expected. The room was large enough for two people to stay and the owner kept changing the trash bin and getting us new towels every day. She was kind. You don’t have to worry about checking-in. She sends you an email about it and it’s not difficult at all compared to other Airbnbs. The location was also not that bad for us. I hope some facilities to be repaired a bit. But it was still a good stay for us.

Overall very good 👌 in the center of the pedestrian street, you can walk to most of the attractions, very convenient, very close to the bus station, the subway is also very close, the train station needs to take the subway 🚇 Everything is fine except that the restaurant downstairs is a bit noisy. There is no elevator 🛗 Luggage needs human flesh.
