The flat is located on the sunny side of Churwalden and has a cosy balcony. 1st floor / no lift / Wifi yes / 1 room with double beds and bathroom en suite / 2 rooms with 2 single beds / 1 bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub / 1 bathroom with WC and shower. You can reach everything in a few minutes on foot, such as the shopping facilities Coop, Migros, as well as the lift stations. In summer, the heated outdoor swimming pool, the tennis courts as well as the toboggan run and zipline are within walking distance. - the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord  (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent.
