Whatever we were missing, we asked the landlady to help us, and she would meet our requirements one by one. Ask him anything at nine o'clock in the evening and he will reply promptly. Later, when I left, I forgot my hat to help us deliver the goods. Later, when I was cleaning up the room, I discovered that there was a plug for the charger, and I took the trouble to ask us again. It's really good. I will choose his home again when I go to Anji in the future.

GGuest UserIt is a very lovely place for a short and relaxing trip. It make you feel homely with the sweetness and kindness of the owners. It is like a “ming shu” stay instead of a hotel stay.
Our stay was upgraded as the boss noticed we have a bit of luggage. The room was great. We had fun playing with the “xiaodu” , watching movies with the projector and small cute duckie and giraffe chair. The tissue holder is so cute too.
Breakfast is lovely. We had porridge with little small dishes as you would have at home. As we were there during the non peak season, we had a chance of noodles soup as breakfast too. It is a such a sweet thought for us to try different breakfast for the next day.
Renting of ski clothes is easy too. We just need to click a WeChat link sent by the lady boss and it is delivered. Although we choose the wrong size. Lady boss helped us to contact the rental company to change out for us. They came back with the right size and even gave us a free ride to the ski transport place.
Meals are readily available around. Just need to walk out a bit and feel free to ask lady boss.
After a day of fun, we had a lovely treat from the hotel A hot pot of tea with some snacks to go along. We even get to wash some our laundry and before we left, we have some bamboo shoots backs as souvenirs. The sweetness was overwhelming! This is really a lovely place to stay for a short getaway.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very clean, comfortable and hygienic. Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The service is very, very, very good. The brothers are very handsome and the sisters are also very beautiful. They have a strong sense of service. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. A care package is provided every day, which is a canvas cosmetic bag that can be taken away. The toiletries are lelabo, and there are enough drinks. The restaurant is not big, so make reservations in advance. The food is very delicate and the taste is good. Afternoon tea and hot spring bath are also provided. It is very, very, very comfortable!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a small village at the heart of the bamboo forest, which offers stunning views on the surrounding mountains and tea fields. The rooms are nicely decorated and pretty well equipped. The personal is very kind and try to be helpful.
That being said, our stay was not as good as we had expected because the bedroom and the restaurant were freezing cold. When we first arrived in our room the heating was off so we had to turn it on, which was fine, however 5h later it was still only 17°c in the room and it was already getting dark… We complained and the staff kindly offered to upgrade us to a room which was supposed to be warmer and it was, but only by one or two degrees depending on the hour of the day. The restaurant was only 10°c so we had to eat with jackets and hats on. The floor heating had not been turned on yet unfortunately. So if you consider staying at this hostel during Autumn/Winter make sure to ask if the floor heating is on before booking.

✨✨Rachel✨I like a B&B very much. It’s exactly the same as the picture, and it’s so clean. When you look out the window from the room, you can see a vast expanse of white, which is super soothing. The owners and ladies of the B&B are all super nice. We went there just 2 days ago, and the weather was bad, it was snowing, and the ground was very slippery. When we drove down, the owner was afraid that it would be our first time encountering such road conditions and he would not come. Come and teach us, thank you, boss and wife.

Surrounded by mountains, there is a homestay called Yunying, a natural oxygen bar. It feels great to see the mountains when you wake up!
The homestay is very delicately decorated, and each room has its own style. In addition to accommodation, there are swimming pools, activity rooms, children's trampolines, and treadmills. And pet-friendly.
Facilities:
Central air conditioning, floor heating, water purifiers... The homestay has everything you need, which is really considerate.
Sanitation:
There is no dead corner for hygiene, and what you see when you push the door is also a true portrayal of the picture.
Service:
Service is the key point. The boss and his wife are dedicated. As long as there is a need, they will do their best to meet it. The mooncake making activity makes the children very happy. The mooncakes are really delicious! The three meals are also rich, hygienic and delicious, and the price is also very affordable, surpassing the restaurants outside.
It was a very pleasant four days. Thank you for the warm hospitality of the owner of the homestay. I wish you a prosperous business and a lot of money. Muah!

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room.
This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

MManxiaomanThis guesthouse is nestled halfway up the mountain, offering a tranquil environment perfect for relaxation. The courtyard is filled with plants, and you can even catch views of the canyon. At night, you're lulled to sleep by the peaceful surroundings with very little light pollution, allowing you to see the stars clearly. It truly feels like a return to childhood days in the countryside. We stayed in a charming cabin this time, which had a large balcony directly overlooking the grand canyon. The room's layout was well-designed, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, making it clean and tidy. The proprietress was very friendly and always quick to help with any issues we had.

Facilities: With two children and an elderly person, the facilities were complete, including a refrigerator, washing machine, and electric heater. Underfloor heating was also available, but unfortunately, it wasn't turned on during our stay.
Cleanliness: Very clean. The children loved running around barefoot on the floor.
Service: The staff were very attentive and gave us a souvenir when we left, a thoughtful touch.
The hotel restaurant was quite good; even though we arrived late, the food was still quite appealing. Recommended! Breakfast was a bit simple, but there were freshly cooked noodles and wontons, which was sufficient.
I would consider staying here again next time I come to ski.
