The owner is nice. I preferred a late-night flight, but he promised to let me take a shower before catching my flight if the room was available, even though I didn't need to use the restroom.
However, the room's soundproofing is poor; you can clearly hear other guests leaving.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and hygienic, no odor. You can take photos at the B&B. It looks very nice and photogenic. The owner also gave us homemade drinks, hahahaha, but we were too careless and didn't read the owner's check-in rules and didn't get to drink them. The owner was also very friendly and easy to talk to. The bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. We even missed the train because we slept so well. The B&B is located in an area that is very convenient for travel. There are many places to eat nearby. Yuzhen Sour Soup Hotpot is just a few minutes' walk away. The owner also gave a detailed route back to the B&B, taking the elevator and stairs, and the address of the takeaway. Very considerate. A very comfortable stay

We were staying on the first floor, and they were making a lot of noise in our vicinity and in the stairwell, causing a disturbance for quite some time. Otherwise, it was fine.

LLoves TravelAmong the many amazing accommodations we stayed in during this recent trip to China our favourite is the Mingxian Mountain Residence. We love the artistic blend of natural elements & modernity in its decoration everywhere. Even the courtyard was carefully crafted to enhance the environment. What more the room itself. It was equipped with the latest in technology & comfort. Truly a place to relax & bask in the tranquil atmosphere. Its location right in the heart of the ancient town was another plus. We couldn’t resist taking up the Qingyan Ancient Town Summit Challenge! 👍
We ended the night with a delicious dinner at a restaurant recommended by our host. Thank you to the hardworking couple who provided us with excellent service all the way.

GGuest UserI often stay at this collection homestay. This time I came to stay directly for 2 days. I still didn’t disappoint the room environment and facilities. I especially like to travel to Guiyang and play. If I book on weekends, I am used to sleeping softer. The bed, their home is in line with my requirements, The toilet and bathroom should be spacious and bright, and it is also in line. There is a USB port in the socket next to the bedside table. It is too amazing. The snack street downstairs is full. I can’t finish it. The boss’s service attitude is satisfactory in all aspects. It’s really not embarrassing to receive guests like friends. SSummer_nannan本來沒有抱希望的、因為我們到的很晚，本來打算是湊合一晚，然而沒想到啊。服務 景色 真的太美了。老闆一直在等我們 到晚上11點，由於當天下雨 很冷。到了房間提前還給我們開好了空調，放了一壺燒好的熱水。好温暖啊。好感拉滿啊
第二天早上給我們燒了熱騰騰的雞湯麪條，這都不算，我們帶孩子，帶我們去爬了衹有當地人才知道的一個瀑布，科普了野蘑菇，還有看到了美麗壯觀的美景，謝謝老闆康哥！我真的還會再來，這次給了我驚喜👍 贊爆了！民宿門口就是美麗的河流！來了不後悔系列！

GGuest UserThe room matched the description; it was very clean and fully equipped. Pots, pans, bowls, and chopsticks were provided, so cooking was allowed. It was very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient. There were many restaurants nearby, a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and a Walmart and Jiufucheng Shopping Plaza were also nearby. It was close to Guanshanhu Park, the stadium, and the convention center. The host was very patient and responded to any inquiries promptly. Excellent service!

HhamamasThis was my first trip to Guiyang. I was looking for a place to stay near Guiyang North Station and ended up staying here for three nights!
It was so great. This review is from the second day.
Taking the early 7 a.m. train wasn't that difficult, just tell the taxi driver you're taking the high-speed train from Guiyang North Station!
Oh, by the way ㅠㅠ And actually, when I was booking rooms, there weren't any rooms available for the second and third days,
so I had no choice but to book separate rooms.
They even let me stay in the same room for two consecutive nights,
so I could leave my luggage with ease. Thank you so much.
On the first day, I mentioned the concept was pretty and unique, but this room was even bigger, more spacious, prettier, and more unique.
It was spacious, had exercise equipment, and
there were good 220V outlets.
And the most amazing thing was that there was a mahjong machine! LOL
If I knew how to play mahjong, it would have been so much fun.
And since the windows on the 10th floor are wide open, the sunset and sunrise are both really beautiful. 😍
Oh! The hot water is also excellent.
As I said on the first day,
they were so kind and took care of everything I needed. It was so nice.
This was my first time in Guiyang, and I'm so glad I found the right place.
