GGuest UserWhen I booked the room, it was listed as a 40-square-meter one-bedroom, one-living room, which was considered a large room. However, upon check-in, I discovered it was just one room. After discussing this with the owner, they quickly adjusted the description to avoid further misunderstandings. Honestly, the room wasn't as large as advertised, but it was very clean. The owner was very kind. Although breakfast wasn't provided, the kitchen and refrigerator were free to use, along with his collection of fine tea and wine. 😀 The location of the B&B is excellent. Hiking in the mountains in the mornings and evenings when the weather isn't hot is refreshing. It's perfect for travelers like me who enjoy easy hiking, wild nature, and a quiet experience.

KkamenishiOverall, it was a good stay, though the takeaway options nearby were a bit limited. I had to drive to most of the restaurants and trendy coffee shops I'd planned to visit. While there were dining spots closer by, it wasn't very convenient as I was traveling alone, and solo dining options in Hangzhou seemed scarce – or maybe I just didn't know where to look. As for attractions, only the zoo and Hupao Park were close; everything else required public transport. The service was excellent. The staff seemed to be working very hard, juggling multiple roles, and they were quick to respond to requests. However, they might not be professionally trained (perhaps part-timers?), so I see a lot of room for improvement there. The room layout was well-designed, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had ample space with no overflow and great water pressure. The compressed face towels were a thoughtful touch. Although the toiletries weren't high-end brands, they were perfectly fine to use. The fruit was plentiful and fresh, and the wontons and pan-fried dumplings at breakfast were delicious. While the breakfast variety was a bit limited, it's understandable since it's not a full-service hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in Manjuelong Village, within the West Lake scenic area. It's surrounded by lush greenery, with many guesthouses around, making it a very peaceful spot. There's a bus stop right outside, which is super convenient for getting around. The service was excellent; they helped us plan our itinerary, saving us a lot of time and effort. I managed to sneak in a day of leisure during my business trip, and the itinerary recommended by the hotel was fantastic, leading to a full and perfect day. At 7 AM, I hiked up a small path that takes about 10 minutes to reach the tea mountains, offering stunning panoramic views of West Lake and the tea plantations. I came back around 8 AM for breakfast, and after a short rest, took the bus to the China National Tea Museum. It was only 6-7 stops away and a great opportunity to learn about the history and knowledge of tea. For lunch, I went to the flagship store of a popular green tea brand nearby; the decor and ambiance were superb, making for a wonderful experience. In the afternoon, I went to Yanggong Causeway to admire the West Lake scenery, then relaxed with a cup of Longjing tea at a lakeside teahouse. In the evening, I grabbed a shared bike and explored the In77 pedestrian street for some shopping and dining. Even though I only had one day to explore, I felt like I experienced everything I wanted to, without feeling rushed or tired. The hotel's recommended itinerary was truly excellent! On my second day, I had to leave early, and they thoughtfully prepared bread and yogurt for my breakfast. This is a wonderful guesthouse, highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou!

GGuest UserFacilities: The shower pressure is great, there's an electric toilet, and the hairdryer is powerful. Environment: It's located right at one end of the scenic area, just turn right after entering. Very easy to find. It's close to Lingyin Temple, Beigaofeng Cableway, and the Lingyin Temple bus stop. Service: Excellent. The staff contacted us by phone a week in advance and even created a WeChat group to inform us about local transportation. 🚗 On the day of arrival, they asked for our estimated time of arrival in Hangzhou and sent a business van to pick us up from outside the traffic control zone. The driver was very enthusiastic! 💁 The front desk staff waited for us at the village entrance, helped us with our luggage, and led us to the B&B (it was only a short walk). Once we arrived, they made us tea and recommended restaurants. A tip for everyone: remember the location. Although the staff will come to pick you up again if you get lost, if you come back late when it's dark, it can be easy to get lost. My friend and I had a bit of trouble finding our way back, and we even ran into others who were also looking for their B&B. 😆 🌃 The night shift staff member was truly wonderful. When we returned at night and asked about hiking, as it was our first time and we weren't familiar with the routes for Lingyin Temple, Lingshun Temple, etc., he even drew a map on paper to help us understand. He was very patient and meticulous! I highly recommend both of Jixian's B&Bs, I've stayed at both. The service is standardized and systematic, which is very impressive for such a popular scenic spot. Even in a place that doesn't lack tourists, they still treat every guest with care. It's clear that everyone, from the owner to every staff member, is responsible and has a great attitude.

IIso723The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing detailed information on everything from hotel activities to nearby transportation and dining options – they really thought of everything guests might need. We stayed for two days, and the breakfasts were different each morning, well-balanced nutritionally, and delicious! The afternoon tea cakes at the hotel were also good, and they delivered fresh, pre-washed fruit wrapped in cling film to our room daily, showing great attention to hygiene. There were even desserts in the evening – truly exceptional service! The hotel's decor is very tasteful, and the bath products smelled lovely. Our room also had a sweet osmanthus-scented essential oil diffuser. Right outside the hotel, there's a hiking trail that leads to the 'Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies' in less than an hour – the surroundings are beautiful. I also spontaneously decided to try calligraphy at the hotel, and the staff member immediately helped me get everything set up. I'm dedicating the merit from this experience to 'Mi Qiu Ye' and wish them prosperity in their business!

The butler and kitchen staff were incredibly attentive and warm, making sure every little detail was taken care of. It felt just like coming home. The room's facilities were all smart and high-tech, super easy to use, and very sophisticated. And the view from the window? Simply breathtaking – I didn't even want to leave the room. All in all, this was an amazing stay, and I highly recommend it!

I looked for a long time and chose this loft room. It can be said to be perfect. The floor bed upstairs is very child-friendly. The room is very large and very suitable for family travel. It is no problem to accommodate three adults and one child. I like the fragrance. The smart toilet is clean and tidy. The safety factor is very high There is a street downstairs, but it is not noisy at all. It is quiet in the hustle and bustle. There are many coffee shops downstairs. It is very convenient to eat and drink. It is in Hefang Street. You can go shopping when you go out. It is very convenient to go to the Drum Tower. But if you want to visit West Lake, it is recommended to go in the morning. In the afternoon, you can't get a taxi and the driver refuses to take you (because it's not far to go back here) It is worth mentioning that the front desk guy is very enthusiastic and professional. It makes people feel like spring breeze. He gave a lot of help. His attitude is so good that it makes people wipe away the fatigue of the journey I have recommended it to my friends and I will stay in this hotel next time

Environment: The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and the hotel was quiet and pleasant. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and the entire hotel maintained excellent hygiene. Bedding: The sheets, duvet covers, and pillows were the best we've encountered in any hotel during this trip. The bedding felt incredibly soft against the skin, and the pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Food: While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, every item was exceptionally delicious and well-prepared. They had everything from NFC juice, milk, coffee, and soy milk to Coke and Sprite. I highly recommend the incredibly tasty xiaolongbao, and the freshly made beef noodles were absolutely fantastic – the beef was tender and soft, and the noodles had a great chew. Everyone should definitely try them! Parking: The hotel has its own parking spaces, which makes parking safe and worry-free. The most important thing bears repeating three times: You can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard, you can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard, you can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard! This was a huge hit with the kids, allowing them to watch the squirrels eat up close. Finally, I'm giving a five-star review again. Hesheli Hotel received unanimous approval from our entire family, and we hope to have the chance to visit again in the future.

Environment: The overall hotel environment is good, the lobby/restaurant area is very comfortable, and the spa environment is particularly great – a wonderful experience! The only slight downside was that our room, a 'Wu You' room, had a view directly facing a row of small dolphin and duck boats in the park, which wasn't very appealing.😅 Service: The service was generally excellent. The butler was very responsive and thoughtfully prepared the room's decor. The hotel's refreshments were good. It would have been an even better experience if they had proactively contacted guests earlier. Facilities: All the facilities were well-equipped, and they provided airport drop-off service. The food was also delicious.
