GGuest UserThe homestay is new and clean, the environment is good, there are plants everywhere, it looks refreshing, the mood is beautiful, the surrounding is very quiet, it is suitable for vacation, a good place to raise your body and mind, this time I booked the second floor, the balcony of the room is so big, sitting on the balcony facing the Peach Blossom Lake, it seems to be facing a landscape painting, so beautiful, The housekeeper is warm and courteous, the breakfast is delicious, the parking is convenient, and I will choose this next time.

WWuyuetiandegouStepping in, I was immediately drawn to the sunken lounge seating – its design adds depth to the space and instantly makes you relax. Paired with the surrounding mountain and water views, it absolutely nails that vacation vibe. The complimentary afternoon tea after check-in was exquisite; the cakes are apparently baked fresh daily, and they paired perfectly with the Yingde black tea. The private hot spring tub in the room was truly the highlight – offering excellent privacy, soaking in the bath while gazing at the karst peaks outside just melted away all the day's fatigue. I initially thought a guesthouse might be boring at night, but to my surprise, I joined the hotel's bonfire party! Everyone gathered around the fire, watching a movie, chatting, and even roasting sweet potatoes grown by the owner. It ended with a fantastic fireworks display. Even though I stayed during the New Year holiday, there was absolutely no crowded feeling, unlike other places, thanks to the guesthouse's spacious public areas and limited number of rooms. It truly offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. I'll definitely be back for a second visit!

GGuest UserThis famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ～)

The overall experience of staying at Yingde Cliff Mountain Residence this time was very comfortable. The ant cave room type is indeed special, the rounded cave design is eye-catching, and the space is much more spacious than expected. The housekeeper service is very thoughtful, and he took the initiative to help carry the luggage, saving some trouble. Breakfast and afternoon tea are also very rich, with texture and grade. Art decorations can be seen everywhere in the hotel, with a sense of design. It's like visiting a small exhibition. It's suitable for people who like taking pictures. I took a lot of life photos~ I can't wait to share them, hahahaha, the castle view with lights on at night is a plus, sitting on the balcony and blowing the wind is very comfortable. The souvenirs given at check-out are also a small surprise, and the packaging is very attentive. It is suitable for people who want a quiet vacation and like design hotels to stay for a day or two.

The small house is very exquisite, and the boss is very careful in all aspects. The scenery in the scenic area and the children who play are very happy and not tired.

GGuest UserI came to Qingyuan this weekend for a hot spring getaway and stumbled upon this hotel. The photos looked so beautiful, I decided to book it immediately. It's absolutely perfect for a weekend retreat for families or couples.
I booked a **lake view king room**. The room featured a private hot spring tub and a spacious balcony offering stunning lake views. I really loved the hotel's design aesthetic – the black, white, and grey minimalist style felt very clean and comfortable.
The **infinity pool** is incredibly photogenic! Everyone flocks there to take pictures 🤤. They even have a transparent glass boat, perfect for photos (though I did manage to tip it over!). I highly recommend taking photos around 5 PM; the lighting is absolutely gorgeous as the sun begins to set.
Their **restaurant** is also very picture-worthy, especially breakfast, which runs from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM – perfect for those who like to sleep in! The lawn area is also ideal for photos, especially if you're wearing light-colored outfits.
It's just about a 1-hour drive from Guangzhou.

GGuest UserIt was a fantastic experience. It would have been even more perfect if we could have seen the sunset. We arrived at the summit around 6 PM, when many people were chasing the sunset. As it got dark, tourists lined up for the sightseeing bus down the mountain. Staying up there was really great; we could leisurely have a meal, which was included in the package. We could chat with the neighbors, and there were other children of similar age to play with. Although the rooms weren't large—when we booked, there was only one twin room, and there were literally only two beds—the air conditioner was incredibly loud and made strange noises. There was no private bathroom; eight tents shared three bathrooms, so using the toilet and showering were the same thing. During peak shower times, there were long queues, which was quite inconvenient! You can also watch the sunrise around 6 AM, but that day there were clouds, so we basically couldn't see either sunrise or sunset, although the weather was great. After breakfast, we went down for a walk and even had a tea-picking and tea-frying experience. They also gave us ice cream and afternoon tea. At 780, I really thought it was a great deal. Dinner, afternoon tea, entrance fees, and sightseeing bus fares were all deducted, and the accommodation was less than 400. Definitely worth it! 👍

JJerome Michel AllemandThe inn location is extremely convenient, just next to the entrance of the incredible Huangteng Ecological Tourism Area.
An advice, get dropped at the carpark of Huangteng and walk, if you drive there it is a very long detour as no access for cars from Huangteng.
I do not speak chinese but i can tell the welcome was very warm and friendly.
Room was not as pictured but was comfortable and very clean. And the view was directly on the glass corridor and the light show.
They offer a nice menu with local food but remember to order until 8pm, after that you can get some snacks, or there is a shop next door still open at 9pm when i came back to buy some noodles and snacks.
I loved Huangtengxia and will be back as only 2 hours train from home.

PPoppylovelpWe chose to go to Yingde in mid-April. Although it rained, the sun came out in the morning and evening, and we even saw a rare sunset – we were really lucky!
When we arrived at the guesthouse, it was windy and raining heavily. The owner said we were lucky, as it had finally rained after a long drought! 🤣 The owner had already turned on the air conditioning in the room. The cleanliness was so-so, typical of the countryside; there were many insects in the room… It felt a bit unprepared, and the elevator was still under construction; it just felt like there was a board blocking it, which was a little dangerous…
The owner was very welcoming. Breakfast was per person, just like at home. The fried noodles were good. The large windows in the rooms were very stylish. The rooftop wasn't ready yet, but it looked promising… Driving across the small bridge that led to the guesthouse in the rain was a bit nerve-wracking…
P.S. My mom thought the blankets were too small, like something a child would use…

The owner is very nice and you can bring pets. You can take a shower after you come back in the morning. , you don’t have to wait in line for a shower, you don’t have to bring a bunch of things to go rafting, and you feel relaxed
