Spylaw Bank House

9.5/10
Amazing

The hotel owner is good, personally cook breakfast Zhong will ask you your preference. As soon as you arrive at Yuanzhong, you will be introduced in detail. Edinburgh has a Yuan worth going. Although it is not far from the city center, it is convenient to take the bus. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the princes road. bus stop in 2 minutes. Only the entrance is a squat, don’t look at it, recognize the long stone lane, and write spylaw bank house The room has an English villa feel (because the hotel itself is converted), it will make you feel that you have your own room. Very recommended.

We had a delightful stay at Pillars House in Edinburgh. Host Craig was exceptionally friendly, proactively offering helpful information. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Guests have access to a spacious kitchen, which was a great bonus. During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised with a gift from the hotel, adding a special touch to our holiday.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to everywhere, and it is convenient to take the bus around. Convenient check-in: There is manual handling at the front desk during the day. The front desk staff is very welcoming. At breakfast, they will be replaced with traditional Scottish skirts. Facilities: The room is small and there are no toothbrushes and slippers. The heating is open at 21:00 every day and basically stops in the middle of the night. There are a lot of flowers planted in front of the door. Service: The boss typical British gentleman, sings every day, introduces Scotland. It can be seen that he really loves it here! This hotel has a history of two or three hundred years! Breakfast is nothing to eat, basically bread milk cereal fruit.

The room is small but the sanitary conditions can also be simpler. The equipment can meet the needs. The traffic is very convenient. The subway is two minutes away. The breakfast is still rich. The typical experience hotel. Cost-effective

The hotel stated that it has a 24-hour check-in counter, but after arriving at the hotel, ringing the bell and calling the staff could not contact the staff to enter the hotel.

We had a great stay at Sakura Guest House. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and easy to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Edinburgh, and I’d happily stay here again.

Adelphi Hotel

I stayed at the Adelphi Hotel on a recent trip to Edinburgh. It's definitely a budget-friendly option, which was perfect for me. The room itself was clean and functional. The bed was comfy, there was a flat-screen TV to unwind with, and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. Heads up, there's no breakfast offered at the hotel. I grabbed food at a nearby cafe each morning, which wasn't a problem, but be sure to factor that extra cost into your budget. The room was a little on the small side, and I heard some noise from outside at times. It's not a fancy hotel, and there aren't any amenities beyond free Wi-Fi. The location, however, was fantastic. It's just a short walk from the tram stop, and most of Edinburgh's attractions were within a 10-15 minute drive. There's even free parking on-site, which is a major plus in the city. Overall, the Adelphi Hotel was a decent choice for my short stay. It's perfect if you're on a budget and don't mind a basic room without frills. Just be prepared to find breakfast elsewhere and manage your expectations.

I would 100% recommend , the hospitality is beautiful . The host and her husband are so lovely and made me feel so welcome. I got an amazing room and feel very fortunate. I took a solo trip to aid my depression and the host gave me the warmest welcome and she makes incredible chai !!. The room was big and very comfortable. When I come to Edinburgh next time, I will 100% be staying here again . Although quite far from the city , it is in a perfect quiet location. A bus stop is close if you aren’t feeling like walking. Regardless my trip has been 10/10 🧚🧚
