Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Moneglia" 2 km, shingle beach 1.8 km. Please note: car recommended. "Daniela", 3-room apartment 75 m2, on the upper floor. Practical furnishings: living room with TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Hip bath/bidet/WC. No heating option. Balcony 12 m2. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the sea and the resort.
