"The building is as clean as new.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room, and bathroom are all separate spaces. The room was spacious enough for two people, and much better than a typical Japanese hotel.
For those unfamiliar with the area, follow the main road from Hakata and look for Sumiyoshi Shrine (across from Royal Host Alley).
There's a large 24-hour supermarket (Sunny) right in front.

Only con I had was that I wish there were more seasonings in the kitchen, kitchenware, paper towrsl, and more clothing hangers. There are some but not enough so we had to supplement. Overall not too big of a deal.

GGuest UserThe charm of a fresh tatami dormitory that feels like living alone in an office. There was no inconvenience even if I came alone. The facilities and location are a bit disappointing. ㅡ But you can walk a little. That's the charm of travel. About three days later, I'm used to the surrounding geography, so I'll show up somewhere soon. I recommend it if you want a different experience from a hotel.

Llisa234The room is a top bed type. The lower bed sleeps two people. But you have to make the bed yourself. Entering the room, you will smell the tatami mats that are permanently laid out. Sometimes I feel a bit smelly from the carpet. There is only one bathroom on the accommodation floor and two bathrooms. If there are a lot of people staying, there may not be enough bathrooms. The location is quite good. Came to stay for the second time The room door doesn't have a lock. When checking out, you must return the sheets to the counter below. Overall cheap Live, sleep and travel

GGuest UserThe homestay is in Shiga Island, Fukuoka. We have a total of nine people. We have a long way from Fukuoka Airport. The subway, bus, and ship. Then we contacted the homestay to send a car to the pier. When we entered Luoxing's home, it was late at night. The homestay was very warm. We booked breakfast and dinner. The meals are very exquisite. It is also very rich, different every day, everyone is very kind and responsive, a few waitresses undertake all the work of the entire homestay, including pick-up and meals, ~ time permits, will definitely stay for a few days next time.

GGuest UserThe bathroom and washbasin are very tidy, and the room is also clean and fresh. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy. I forgot to close the window when I went to sleep, and there happened to be a car working nearby in the middle of the night, so it was quite noisy. The overall experience is not bad, and I would like to stay here again.

GGuest UserLocation is the best, near by subway, parks, and super markets. Beds are very comfortable. Full equipment that you need such as washing machine, kitchen, utensil. Room is quite old.
The worst parts are toilet and shower room. At first night, the water stopped running. In the shower room, there were so many black spots. The second night, the toilet door was broken and couldn’t open, so we couldn’t use the toilet anymore. Toilet had bad small so we needed to open the window and it isn’t automatic toilet.

GGuest UserThe room felt new, and the facilities were quite modern, which we made good use of. The hotel is indeed quite a distance from Hakata Station, about a 15-minute walk. Given Fukuoka's hot weather this week, we'd be drenched in sweat by the time we reached the station. There are also no duty-free shops in the vicinity. However, we did find a 24-hour Sunny supermarket nearby where we could buy meat and other groceries to cook back at our place. There's also a large and quite delicious Volks steak restaurant conveniently located near the hotel.
Regarding the hotel itself: the self-check-in process via the tablet downstairs was quite quick. Pre-registering guest information through the email sent by the host definitely saved a good amount of time (it seems they've fixed the bug that previously made online registration ineffective). The room, however, was not very big and looked nothing like the promotional pictures; perhaps it was a different room type. It was a bit cramped for two adults and two children, and we had to tidy up the room daily just to make space for the floor futons.
On the positive side, the in-room refrigerator and washer-dryer combo were very convenient, though the host only provided a single small packet of detergent, so guests should bring their own or purchase it locally. Naturally, cooking condiments also need to be brought by guests. There were two beds: one double bed that felt a bit small for two adults and was a bit firm. The other was a single bed, suitable for a junior high student, and it was softer. A nice touch was that the air conditioning was already running when we entered the room after checking in. The building has a secure entrance downstairs, and the room door had an internal deadbolt, which added to our sense of security.
Overall, it was an average experience; our stay was decent.
