Comfortable accommodation around Bayan Lepas. The location is not far from Penang airport. The space of a commercial SOHO building has been converted into accommodation. There are two rooms and one bathroom. A deposit of RM200 is required. The check-in process is very easy, and parking is also provided.

Overall, it was a great stay. The homestay was very clean, the service was excellent, and the amenities were well provided. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it.

Homestay (a Semi-D corner lot) is new, spacious and very clean. It fits us (family of 6) comfortably. Shops and.restaurants are just 3 mins drive away. Check in & check out were super easy. To reach the amenities, one need to have a car to stay in this homestay. It is also quite far from Balik Pulau town center. This homestay is monitored by CCTV inside out (except for bedrooms). Since we are Muslim family, we request to switch off the CCTV inside the homestay which the owner did without any question asked. The only part we were quite reluctant was the garden where the grass has been kept by owner untrimmed. We cant use the table outaide for our evening tea/coffee and we have to keep the side doors closed all the time fear that such garden could be home to some harmful animals. We ask the owner to trim the garden but the owner says such garden has been kept in such a way due to the following reason: ”to maintain a balance between a relaxing homestay and the wild, beautiful nature of Penang Island. Plenty of birds and critters make their home in our garden, and neighborhood cats also find sanctuary in the grass.” I agree to disagree.

Alll satisfied (including online services from the host) except the issue with parking RFID Card which was annoying because of malfunctioned during my stays. I have to call upon either operator or personnel who worked nearby (at parking's gate) to open the barrier gate happened everytime I went out for my meeting with stakeholders or during foodies hunt. However, to be fair, overalll, I still recommend this place (Setia Tri Suite by Homey Planet) to everyone. Kind host. **A small space for improvement is the rising issue (RFID Card not detected) will be resolved very soon.

Traveling to Penang makes it more convenient and easy. The homestay is overall good 👍. Only the water heater in one room needs to be repaired.

As we entered the unit at 9.00 pm due to last minute bookings, the unit was clean and tidy. Even though the hall's air conditioning is sweezing but well functioning. Overall, we are happy for the stay and very highly recommended for family or friends with 3-6 person as they provide 2 single beds, 1 double decker and 1 queen bed. Ample space at hall attached with the dining table. Further more, the unit located at the very next elevators, less worrying when we get in and out at night especially. Easy to get various foods and basic stuff and there are clinics and self-laundry down stairs. We will surely looking forward for the next visit.

At this price point, it's fantastic value for money. I'd definitely return. Although the location is a bit far from GT, I would still consider it for future stays as it's not far from the commercial area, and transportation is decent.

Should be prepare early for customer , aircond must cold temperature during sunny day and also for effective rest.
