Our Nikki Residence units are loved for their tranquility, natural surroundings, and beautiful beachfront. This is a fantastic place to disconnect from chaos and reconnect with yourself. This is a renovated and fully-equipped two bedroom oceanfront condo at Nikki Beach Residences, right on beautiful Playa Blanca beach. In the morning see the ocean and hear the waves sipping coffee on your balcony. In the afternoon lounge at one of the poolside cabanas steps from the ocean, and late day enjoy gym and sports facilities, or a walk on the beach. On weekends have a cocktail at the swim-up bar or a pool side meal at the Bora Bora restaurant. All in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.The apartment is 120 square meters (~1300 square feet), with a large balcony facing the pools and ocean. The apartment enters into a large living/dining area with open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two full size beds, and two full baths. New electric hot water heater and washer/dryer. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable. A/C units are brand new, with separate climate zones in each bedroom and the living/dining area. The apartment has two TV sets with ROKU players and free streaming apps. Please bring your Netflix, Amazon, Disney Plus, or Apple TV login credentials for premium streaming. Apartment has fiber optic internet at 30 Mbps per second upload and download.Free parking on site. Luggage carriers available to bring belongings to the condo. The beach and ocean are directly in front of the resort. There is a large shopping center with a major supermarket, pharmacy, dollar store, appliance/hardware store, etc, five minutes from the resort.
