Includes large studio living and bedroom space, desk nook, full bath, housewares , wifi+ and Roku TV that connects to streaming.We offer a studio apartment that is on the ground floor of our main house. We have soundproofed the ceiling, however you might hear the pitter patter of our little kids sometimes upstairs. We are 3 blocks from downtown Blacksburg and the Huckleberry trail is one block from us. Walk to Lane Stadium in about 5 minutes and to Cassell in about 7.
