There is an outside charcoal grill that can also be used, tenant is responsible to supply charcoal. Firewood is provided and can be used for $10 extra. One pet may be brought and if so an additional $20 fee is charged when you book. The pet is not allowed on the bed/futon and must be on a leash when outside.
