The host lives in the 2000 square foot main house and the guest house is an attached 1553 square foot "mother in law quarters". The guest house is what is available. The pool house is an additional 1000 square foot but has no sleeping quarters. The host likely will be home for most stays but interaction is as much or as little as you would like.Grill, half kitchen in guest house, outdoor kitchen in pool house, outdoor firepit, gas/wood fireplace in pool house, outdoor heated pool (end of may to end of Sept), pool house. Host family will likely be present during stay and will have pool access when in season.
