The perfect family oriented getaway for someone wanting peaceful/beautiful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. Ground level apart. beautiful vaulted ceiling, includes a separate LR, queen BR, full private bath, kitchenette, micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, ,2 LG TVs, AC/heat, wifi, and 3 separate/private/ground floor entrances/exits. Private parking. Use of the pool (directly outside your back door), grills, and fire pit. The beach is just a short 3 mile drive. Close to Myrtle Beach., Murrells Inlet & Georgetown.This is a fully self contained and private ground level unit that is completely locked off from the main house. The BR and LR have their own large screen TV's. Perfect for 2 but 3 or 4 can be accommodated with the comfortable spring cot and comfortable sofa (not a pull out bed). The bathroom is elevated one step above the ground level. I have included a picture of this step. It has it’s own separate parking and 3 private entrances. One from the front, one from the side and one from the back of the house where the pool is. This entrance provides easy ground floor access to the pool and backyard amenities. You can come and go as you please and use all grills, tables, chairs, and pool. The balcony on the building at the back of the property belongs to another unit. You will have your own private drive on the front right of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate. Immediately to you left is the door to your apartment . You will have your own pass code for the key less lock to enter the unit. The unit is connected to the main house and is not in the back shed with the balcony.A map is provided for you showing what routes you can take to go to the beach, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. If you wish to bring a trailered boat with you, the driveway probably accommodate that. Just send me a quick note with the length of you boat and I can confirm. There is a boat landing (Hagley Landing) to the Waccamaw River at the very end of the road we live on (Hagley Drive). It is less than 2 miles from the house. If you head south on the river, it opens to the Atlantic Ocean. If you head north, it eventually connects to the Intercostal Waterway. There are restaurants, marinas and points of interest along the way.I certainly may greet you if I'm out and about. Sunnyside Inlet Cottage is a 300 sq ft guest home that is **DOG FRIENDLY** The cottage has a full bathroom, comfy King bed and loveseat. The kitchen has an apt size fridge/freezer, stove, oven, Keurig and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, plates, bowls, silverware and cooking utensils. Staying in? Enjoy the 50 inch smart roku tv with YouTube TV access, and WiFi. The deck has a table, umbrella and two chairs.300 sq foot cottage with a king bed (recently updated from a queen-new pictures coming soon) large tv and small kitchen. Full size fridge/freezer. 4 burner stove with oven. Coffee, sweetener, and creamer is provided with a keurig. **There is a nice home in the back of the property that shares the driveway but is completely separate. If you have a larger group, inquire about renting that one as well.There is another property behind the cottage that shares the driveway. Your place is very private.Murrells Inlet is close enough to Myrtle Beach to enjoy the attractions, but away from the action. If you’re looking for a nice, relaxing vacation this is the place for you. If you like seafood, you are in luck! Murrells Inlet is the seafood capital of SC! Some of the best restaurants are just down the street at the Marshwalk. We have a nice bike path that is close to the marsh, the views are superb! Bring your boat or kayak. The boat ramp to the salt marsh is 1/2 mile and it’s 1 1/2 miles to the boat ramp access at Waccamaw riverintracoastal waterway. Huntington Beach state park and Brookgreen Gardens are a must see and only about 5 minutes away. The marshwalk is 1/2 mile away; here you will enjoy live music, delicious seafood restaurants and cocktails while overlooking the marsh.If you have your own vehicle, park directly in front of the deck. If you did not bring a car there are bike rentals close by as well as Uber or local taxi service (Creekside Cab)We welcome all dogs and if you choose to bring one please let us know. I also need to know the breed of the dog and whether or not they shed. More than 1 dog may require an extra fee. Please inquire.
