The barn is a complete, cozy cottage located on a beautiful, wooded 2 acres. Enjoy complete privacy including a two person Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, queen size bed, complete kitchen (stocked with breakfast foods), covered porch with swing and gas grill. A beautiful in ground swimming pool is located on the property. You are invited to swim, weather permitting. There are no pets allowed. However, you can meet our small flock of laying hens and our rooster. We have fresh eggs daily. The apple trees, grapes, cherries, pears and service berries are an invitation to the white tail deer to visit and partake daily. Bird watching is also a favorite sport.Louisville area attractions are within 15 minutes of our property, including Churchill Downs, the KFC Yum!
