My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers 21 and over. This is a private bedroom with attached private master bath (456 sq. ft. total space) and outside entrance (no entry through the main dwelling) has keyless code (self check-in) for access. THE ENTRANCE REQUIRES NAVIGATING 8 STEPS AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. We are located 9 minutes from the east entrance to Colorado National Monument, 1.5 hours from Moab, UT and Arches National Park, and 20 minutes from Fruita, CO (some of the best mountain biking in the country). Secure area for bikes. All that and we are still only 5-10 minutes from downtown, grocery stores, and restaurants. Very nice views from the property. Suite has a King bed with memory foam pad, love seat, table and 2 chairs, rocking chair. ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, iron, ironing board, and mini fridge. Master bath has a double sink vanity with walk-in shower. There is a deck off the suite with table, 4 chairs, and umbrella.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:For those that have dogs we suggest Wag Resort 398 Indian Rd.
