You'll find yourself in a prime location to soak up the sun, surf, and seaside bliss when you stay here.New in 2025:-Central AC installed-modern, coastal exterior sidingOur cottage offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for couples, families, or a small group of friends.There are two bedrooms, each with one full bed, and one full bathroom. The TV room has 2 pull out couches that each have a full sized bed, newly replaced windows that let in a nice breeze and lots of light and an Apple TV. There is newly installed central AC for those hot summer days. You have options for outdoor relaxing - there is a front deck with chairs and a coffee table and a large backyard with tables, lounge chairs, a grill and yard games for you to enjoy.You will have access to the entire house but note that there is another unit in the basement you will not have access to. This unit will not be rented out while you are staying here. We may pop into this unit (never your unit) on occasions but not without advance notice and confirmation from guests.We're dedicated to ensuring you have a memorable stay.
