Backyard: Guests have use of the exclusive-access patio and back yard which includes a two-person private hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, grill, dining area, and lounge seating. Access beyond the wooden path is private space and is designated by a rope and signage. Please respect this as it affects the neighbors. Pool and Additional Outdoor Space: Guests have access to the pool and side yard, which is shared condo property. Guests can access the pool through the wooden gate to the left of the condo and will receive the access code upon booking. FEATURES & ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: *Kitchen fully equipped with: pots & pans which are specially designed for the induction cook top - instructions for use are provided to each guests, cooking utensils, glasses and cups, dishes, blender, toaster, air fryer, ice machine, and (drip) coffee maker to name a few! *Apartment size fridge can be found inside the front closet near the TV and large picture window. *The Last Unicorn is equipped with a mini-split for heat and AC for guest comfort. *The TV in the living room and the Wave Room (lofted bedroom) have Roku Streaming Sticks which allow guests to watch free content or sign into their favorite streaming platforms. *Supplies: The home is equipped with a starter roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags.
