Yurt at Stillhouse Farm offers a unique place to stay in a private setting, less than 5 miles from W&L and VMI campuses. The yurt is facing a spring fed creek which can be heard from the deck along with owls, turkey, and other wildlife. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. An outdoor fireplace on the patio that's right off the yurt deck with plenty of firewood provided. Also, a larger fire pit closer to the creek to enjoy a larger fire. We raise sheep, cattle, and chickens. No neighbors, including host, in sight or sound. High speed internet makes for an ideal getaway where you can still work, if necessary.
