The centrally located duplex is easy to find and close to all that Searcy has to offer. NO pets or smoking on the property, due to allergies of other guest. Welcome to the fully renovated 1935 Pecan House! The Pecan House is located one street over from the historical houses on Center street which leads to downtown Searcy square. We are also only a 3 minute drive from Harding University. The Pecan House is family and pet friendly with an open floor plan and a fenced in backyard. This house was designed to be a home away from home.
