GGuest UserThis hotel is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in overseas. It faces the sea and spring flowers. Recently, it is the period of summer and autumn. The temperature is pleasant and the surrounding area is covered by green forests. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the beach. It is about 2 kilometers.
The most comfortable thing is that the kind and beautiful proprietress of the hotel is very good. As soon as I arrived, I took me to turn this homestay around and introduced the functional area and precautions in detail, and asked me to choose one from two room types. She likes it very much and is happy to communicate with people. The English speed is also very suitable, I like to chat with her, this is the opportunity and time you can't enjoy in other hotels! If you have the opportunity to bring your family over next time, you must still live here! The only thing to note is that occasionally monkeys come on the balcony, go out and wait for the balcony door, this morning in my next room, there is a monkey taking advantage of his time to go to the top floor restaurant for breakfast to visit his room, and take some food! Overall, if you just look and choose another hotel, it is likely to be your loss! Haha! (Rarely will write such a long review)~

GGuest UserIn addition to perfection, I don't know how to say it. The owner is a pair of elderly parents in their 70s, polite and very happy. I lived for more than ten years before Joburg. I renovated this manor in 2002. It was very beautiful, quiet and comfortable, Umhlanga.

AAlly333Had the most amazing stay at this beautiful BnB. Jenny, Viv and the team were truly amazing. They were so kind, friendly and helpful. I initially booked for 5 days, but wound up staying an additional 11 days. Truly a home away from home. Thank you ladies for an amazing stay, I'll definitely be back.

FForestflylinGreat place to stay! We stayed here for 3 days. Its right on the sea with a beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful. There is a great little restaurant and bar just downstairs with fantastic food. The room was clean peaceful and comfortable. I’ll definitely come stay here again.

MMiss thangHad a comfortable stay, I only stayed for 1 night as I had an early flight the next morning. The place is clean and the beds comfortable. They provide a shower gel/body wash and bath towels. The only issue was the toilet which made a whistling noise.

AAnne Jacqueline NguyenĐây là 1 khách sạn kiểu cũ. Bây giờ gọi là nhà khách. Phòng ngủ 1 tầng nằm bên cạnh nhau thành dãy, thành khu cho khách lẻ và gia đình.
Mình ở đây 3 ngày. Phòng mình thuê là phòng số 3: 2 người lớn, có 1 giường phụ cho trẻ em. Mọi thứ trong phòng rất đầy đủ: máy sấy tóc, quạt máy trần + đèn vàng, máy lạnh (thời tiết mát mẻ nên tôi chưa từng dùng đến), tivi, nước rửa tay sát khuẩn. Tủ gỗ đựng: tủ mát, lò vi sóng, ly, tách, dĩa, muỗng - nĩa - dao cắt bánh mì, 1 chai nước lọc bằng thủy tinh, trà, cafe, muối, tiêu. Thuốc xịt côn trùng, xịt thơm phòng, dầu gội - dầu xả - sữa tắm, xà bông cục, bông gòn, tăm bông, kim chỉ nút, khăn tắm (không có khăn lau đầu và lau mặt, tay), khăn dậm chân phòng tắm, bàn gỗ + bồn rửa mặt + ghế gỗ, có cửa sổ thông thoáng, vòi nước hoa sen tắm thẳng và vòi di động, bệ ngồi tắm bằng gạch. Thảm dậm chân ở cửa chính, không có dép đi trong nhà (sàn gạch cổ hơi lạnh). Thùng rác nhỏ xinh. Đồ dùng toàn bộ bằng gỗ. Bàn có gương trang điểm + ghế, bàn dài gỗ kê sát vách cửa sổ, 2 bàn đầu giường có 2 đèn ngủ ánh sáng trắng. Tủ gỗ đứng treo và xếp quần áo có gương ở giữa bên trong để cây ủi đồ, khăn trải và bàn ủi. Giường trải ga và mềm màu trắng sạch sẽ, kèm thêm 1 mền nỉ xám nhẹ đề phòng trời lạnh khách cần đắp thêm. Phòng rộng rãi, thoải mái, phòng tắm rộng không gian thoải mái, bồn cầu luôn sạch sẽ có thùng rác nhỏ bên cạnh. Phía trước phòng có sân nhỏ có mái để 1 bàn và 2 ghế có lót đệm ngồi. Có 1 bếp nướng than, 1 lò đốt than cho mùa lạnh, đèn trần trắng. Cửa ra vào có 2 tầng. Có thể mở phía trên cho thoáng mát. Phía trước phòng là cây to bóng mát, có băng ghế gỗ ngồi chơi, bên cạnh là lối đi vào khu phòng gia đình.
Giờ ăn sáng là 7g đến 10g.
Giờ dọn phòng từ 10g.
Giờ trả phòng trước 10g.
Không gian ở đây thật êm đềm, thoáng mát. Ông chủ thân thiện. Nhân viên, vui vẻ, nhiệt tình.
Bữa ăn sáng kiểu địa phương cũng phong phú, ngon lành. Phòng ăn rất đẹp kiểu cổ kính. Tôi rất thích.
Hồ bơi được làm vệ sinh sạch sẽ nhưng không ai sử dụng. Có khu bar, khu lò sưởi chung, khu ngồi chơi, uống trà trong nhà và ngoài sân khu hồ bơi, khu nướng BBQ. Vườn hóng mát. Chỗ để xe rộng rãi. Không khí nhẹ nhàng trong lành.
Tuy nhiên ông chủ nuôi 2 con chó , 1 con rất to đã 11 tuổi, nên khu vực tiếp khách có mùi chó. Ai không thích sẽ cảm giác dơ và ông chủ cũng già. Ông ấy ở London đến đây sống và kinh doanh. Trong tuần có 1 nhân viên văn phòng và 2 nhân viên bếp, dọn phòng. Chủ nhật chỉ có 1 nhân viên bếp và dọn phòng.
Tất cả họ rất thân thiện. Khách trọ luôn có. Họ đi xe hơi từ nơi khác đến. Họ cũng rất dễ mến. Gặp chúng tôi cũng chào hỏi vui vẻ.
Nơi này cách trung tâm Durban tầm 15km. Tiền Uber khoảng 160 Zar. Uber ở đây có đặt hàng siêu thị 😊 như Grab Việt Nam không tính thêm phí ship.
Phía trước cổng HoneyPot Guesthouse buổi sáng có khỉ chạy chơi bên ngoài thành đàn. Chim bay. Cỏ cây xanh mát. Hướng ra xa là đường cao tốc.
Tôi hoàn toàn hài lòng về nơi ở này.
Nếu có dịp quay lại durban. Tôi sẽ ghé qua Umhlanga và nghỉ lại nơi đây lần nữa.
