Hotel - l'Invitation AU Voyage

Fabulous hotel in a great location close to a lot of eateries and shopping. There is a car park for this hotel around the block. There is limited parking in front of the hotel but it is all paid parking. Upon arrival the front desk clerk takes you to your room. The elevator fits more than 1 person. The Wi-Fi is very good at this hotel. There is a nespresso in the room. You can ask for cream and they will give you some for the coffee because we found that creamer in coffee is very American! The hotel is modern and comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this hotel if I were looking for a comfortable place to stay in Honfleur for the night! The breakfast and service is outstanding.

This is a beautifully appointed hotel in a marvelous location in the heart of Honfleur. The city is charming to explore, and it is very convenient to other towns in the coast Parking is convenient in the public lot, and the staff is very helpful in explaining your options after you drop off your bags. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast! The staff were friendly and welcoming and went out of their way for our comfort.

We had a truly wonderful time at L'Invitation au Voyage! It was my first trip since breaking my foot, and I was still having difficulty walking. The exceptionally friendly team was extremely attentive and helpful in this regard. The service, the beautiful, quiet room, the breakfast, and even the dinner in the restaurant were perfect. The hotel's location is ideal. You can get anywhere in no time, and Honfleur is truly one of the most beautiful places I know in France. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We have stayed at this lovely hotel 6 or 7 times and would not stay anywhere else in Honfleur. Friendly, knowledgeable and informative staff make us feel very welcome during our visit. A joy.

This is a terrific hotel, perfectly located near the water, staffed by incredibly attentive friendly, bilingual people! Rooms are comfortable, air conditioning worked quietly, shower was wonderful. Breakfast was a marvel of delicious treats and very quick service. Outdoor drinks area was comfortable, with grand people-watching. Overall furnishings in the hotel tended toward modern minimalist but were comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay here in July 2025. From even before I arrived, communication was wonderful. I had questions before booking and received prompt, professional and helpful responses from the hotel which helped me select the right room, etc. Everyone I dealt with at the property was lovely. Professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. Room was immaculately clean, nicely appointed, and relaxing. Good lighting. Bed was incredibly comfy. Bathroom was modern and well laid-out, with more than enough towels and great water temp/pressure. AC worked pretty well (I wouldn't say it was VERY strong, but I am a very picky American about AC. I was there during an extreme heat wave, and it worked well enough to combat that, which is unusual for France. So I would assume it is more than enough for most people, even picky AC-obsessed Americans). There were ample plugs in general, and specifically a lot near the bed (both regular and USB). Hotel is in a PERFECT location a block off the basin, and close to all the sights. Many dining options in the immediate area. And the hotel front door is in a pedestrian only area, but it is a very short walk to a street that runs around back of the hotel, where there is a street. This was helpful for me, as I had a private transfer drop me off and another one pick me up. The front desk folks helped me to coordinate with the driver and helped with my luggage. Overall, the vibe here was very homey and welcoming and it was apparent that the employees cared about making every guest's stay a great one. I loved my time here. LOVED it. I will definitely be back!

This is my 6th visit to this beautiful hotel - I would not stay anywhere else in Honfleur. A big welcome to all their guests with friendly snd excellent staff. Elegant hotel in central situation - close to all amenities and to the large array of shops.

One if not the nicest boutique hotel I've ever stayed at both from the amenities, location but especially the remarkably friendly and helpful staff--from the front desk to the dining room.
