La Petite Folie

Prestige rooms are really prestige. We have tried the one called "Charles Baudelaire" in the 1st floor and it is highly recommended. Kitchen included (where you can really cook), spacious living room and spacious bedroom. Facing the garden and totally quiet. Only curtains, so there is a bit of light in the morning. Not a deal breaker, even for my wife which is sensible to this topic.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at La Petite Folie. The house and small garden are stunning and well kept. Each apartment (we were a large group and took 6 of the 8 apartments) was spotless and well appointed. Each was charming and full of character but with all the equipment needed. We were given a very warm welcome from Valerie who was very accommodating and friendly. We took breakfast which was good quality and sufficient to start the day well. As we were a group with had breakfast in the dining room which worked well. The location of the house is perfect, just a couple of steps from the centre of Honfleur. Parking is limited outside and paid from 8am but there is a large carpark a short walk away which we used with no problems. It was wonderful to have the living room to meet in at the end of the day for a drink and a chat. Communications before our stay were excellent and gaining access to the property when we arrived late at night was straight forward. I cannot recommend this property enough and cannot wait to come back again. I really would not stay anywhere else in Honfleur now!

A beautiful, charming hotel This was an amazing, romantic place, just as charming as it could possibly be and in a perfect location for visiting Honfleur. The proprietors were extremely welcoming and the hotel was beautiful with a lovely garden. My one caution would be that there are stairs so if you have mobility issues, this would be a problem. Otherwise I strongly recommend it. I travel frequently and this was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in.

This property is a gem! Central location in Honfleur but quiet. The staff is lovely. Beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy the day. Breakfast is brought to your room and is plentiful. Also loved having the kitchenette and separate seating area. Highly recommend.

Nice stay Monet room was really nice. Breakfast was served into the room. It was handy, that the house had outgoing doors to both side streets (also from the garden). The premise was introduced personally by Valerie upon check in.

This place was just magical. Gorgeous accommodations, friendly staff, charming private garden, in the heart of one of France's most beautiful places - Honfleur. Just a 5 minute walk to the stunning harbor, I can't recommend this place enough to anyone traveling in Normandy. There is also free parking nearby if you're doing day trips.
