Courtyard By Marriott properties in Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a city where every inch of land is precious, so the room size at this price point definitely can't compare to hotels in mainland China. However, there were still pleasant surprises. View: Although it was a city view room, we could still see Victoria Harbour! Yay! Amenities: There was no bottled water, but there was a water dispenser (similar in size to a coffee machine, and it could heat water). Every day, I filled my water bottle before heading out. Toothbrush and toothpaste were provided, so no need to worry, and there was a shower cap too. However, there were no slippers or dental kits for children... Breakfast: Absolutely fantastic! The various noodles at Courtyard Café were so delicious, we never got tired of them! We ate there for three consecutive days! Service: I was initially worried about not understanding Cantonese or poor service, but it turned out to be an unnecessary concern. The front desk staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and patient when answering all our questions! The breakfast staff were also very nice! There was a coffee machine at breakfast with Americano, latte, and cappuccino... So happy, haha!

Another stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin, and it was still a great experience. This time, I booked a City View Twin Room. The hotel's decor is simple and modern, and among Hong Kong hotels, the room size is quite generous. The twin beds are spacious, so it doesn't feel cramped for two people, and the city view is pleasant. The hotel boasts excellent transportation links. It's within walking distance to Shek Mun Station on the MTR Tuen Ma Line, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making travel very convenient. The surrounding area has a complete range of amenities, with a Wellcome supermarket downstairs and several convenience stores, Hong Kong-style tea restaurants, and McDonald's nearby, making it easy to find food and groceries. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient in their responses. The hotel facilities are well-equipped, and the overall standard is consistently good. Having chosen this hotel multiple times, I will definitely prioritize it for future visits to Hong Kong!
