Executive Lounge perks: The afternoon tea pastries tasted good, but it was quite crowded and a bit noisy due to the small space. Hygiene: Excellent, very clean and tidy with comfortable linens. Ambiance: Both the surrounding area and the hotel's restaurants are great. Service: Check-in at the front desk was slow, requiring a 15-minute wait in line. The concierge service was attentive, and the shuttle bus was punctual and provided good service. Facilities: The bathroom facilities are a bit old-fashioned; the shower door didn't close properly. However, the soundproofing was good, making it quiet and comfortable. Transportation: The hotel shuttle goes to Tsim Sha Tsui. If you want to go to Sai Kung for seafood, you can take the 299x bus right across from the hotel, which is about a 30-minute ride.

Its near to dried seafood shopping street. There’s bus stop across hotel to go to Tsim Sha Tsui. Locations great. Room is small as usual for HKG and hotel rate is way too high for this level hotel
