A wonderful stay in the heart of Central! The location is exceptionally convenient, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to the staff who handled my check-in ,they were exceptionally kind and helpful! The room was great, spacious, and well equipped. Using ELEMIS products for the bathroom amenities was such a luxurious and pleasant touch. Highly recommended and would love to stay here again!

The room was quite spacious, and the hotel's location is very convenient. It's not far from Central Pier and Landmark, and it's an easy walk from the Airport Express. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.

Clean and hygienic! I absolutely love the vintage charm of Hong Kong's old districts, a rare find in modern cities. The hotel's surroundings are great! Shopping and taking the MTR are super convenient, especially being so close to the Central Market, where you can truly experience local Hong Kong life and dining. One morning, as I walked up the stone steps of a small street, I stumbled upon a street-side coffee stall! It instantly brought back the vibe of Hong Kong and Macau from the 80s and 90s. I ordered a set meal: a cup of coffee plus a bowl of ham and egg instant noodles… I've been to many, many cities, and this is my absolute favorite place!

Very good, the service is warm and friendly. It's a quiet place tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Worth staying, the location is convenient and everything is easily accessible around here.

This year, taking on the challenge of the 100km MacLehose Trail hike, I made a last-minute booking at The Pottinger Hong Kong in Central. I didn't do any specific research; I just liked its central location, being very close to my meeting point, and the fact that it was recommended on Ctrip's list, so I booked it directly. As a labeled five-star hotel (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️), the experience was truly a big disappointment. After a room upgrade, the room was barely acceptable, with the overall hardware standard probably only reaching a four-star level. It's hard to imagine what an un-upgraded room would actually be like. After check-in, the welcome screen on the in-room TV displayed the name of an unfamiliar third party, not my own. Such a blatant error in information suggests loose and chaotic hotel management procedures, showing a lack of attention to detail for guests. Even as a 💎Ctrip Black Diamond member, I didn't feel the expected courtesy. Not to mention being a 💎Black Diamond Verifier and invited Verifier. Upon check-out, I requested luggage storage, but the hotel directly refused. It eventually required repeated communication and coordination from Ctrip customer service to finally agree to store the luggage, making the process very troublesome. I've traveled to over twenty countries globally and stayed in countless high-end luxury hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such service. Even hotels in the UK, known for being small, I wonder if a five-star hotel's hardware would be at this level, or if they would dare to treat guests this way? Both the hardware and service failed to meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). This makes me question Ctrip's list's evaluation logic. Star ratings should logically consider hardware facilities and service management; this hotel's overall capability is only at a four-star level. Coming to stay with trust in the platform's list, and ultimately having such an experience, is inevitably disappointing. It's understandable for businesses to pursue profit, but I hope the platform can strictly vet its lists and not betray the trust of its VIP users.

The hotel's main entrance is elegant, and right next door is the famous Pottinger Street in Central, which has over a hundred years of history. The location is at 21 Stanley Street, Central, situated within the core business district of Central, making it incredibly convenient for commuting within the Central business area!

The hotel's decor is beautiful, and the room is incredibly spacious. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel even sent a small gift for my birthday, which I really appreciated. The bathroom is also very large. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience.

The location is very convenient, and the cafe downstairs is also super handy. You can have all three meals there, and the food quality and prices are pretty good. As for the room, it might be a bit small, but it's more of a compact and stylish type, which is understandable given the prime location.

The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find, and the lobby was quite small. However, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's located right in the heart of Central, next to the historic Graham Street. You can easily walk to Lan Kwai Fong and the Mid-Levels Escalator. The room design tastefully blends Western and vintage details, evoking a nostalgic charm. From Hong Kong Airport, you can take the Airport Express for about 20 minutes to Hong Kong Station, then it's less than a ten-minute walk to the hotel. The front desk staff spoke excellent Mandarin, especially a male employee who was very helpful and enthusiastic, even holding the door open for us when we checked out. This hotel is an excellent choice for experiencing the authentic local vibe of Hong Kong.

This was my second stay here. While the hotel doesn't have many facilities, the location is excellent, the service is great, and the rooms are comfortable and quite spacious. The price is a bit on the higher side, but I would still choose this hotel if I'm visiting Central.

Excellent location, very quiet, and free-flowing soda water – a real lifesaver in Hong Kong! Plus, there's a Michelin-starred restaurant right downstairs.

The location is super convenient! This is my third time in Hong Kong, and I've just realized that Central is the most convenient area. It's really close to all the popular Instagrammable restaurants, and coming home after a night out in Lan Kwai Fong is a breeze.

Excellent location. Other than that, there wasn’t much to shout about. Given the pricing, I expected a little more. Unfortunately, the check-in staff were not very friendly either.
