I understand that space is at a premium in Hong Kong, but for this establishment to charge such high prices for such tiny rooms feels a bit unethical! I definitely won't be staying at this serviced apartment hotel again! Cramped hallways, cramped indoor spaces, and not-so-friendly service. I booked a king-sized bed room, advertised as 'Prestige Deluxe' at 35 square meters, but was given a twin room that was barely 10 square meters – there was hardly any room to turn around! For a two-day booking, I can overlook the lack of cleaning, but they didn't even change the towels? The only things this hotel could teach others are its designer's extreme utilization of space and its pet-friendly attitude. I'd advise them to train their staff to treat consumers of different languages equally, instead of looking down on Mandarin-speaking guests.

Facilities: All basic amenities were provided. Cleanliness: The room was clean. Environment: It's about a 5-minute walk from Nanchang Metro Station, but the room was indeed quite small. Service: The service was pretty good.

Facilities: The room comes with a small kitchenette, including an oven, which is super convenient for heating food. All the appliances are brand new and spotlessly clean. Location: The area boasts a variety of restaurants and is situated right by the sea, offering a rare sense of tranquility in bustling Hong Kong. It's also very close to the MTR station, making transportation incredibly easy. I stayed in a sea-view room, and the panorama was absolutely breathtaking! Service: There's no in-room telephone; guests are required to contact the front desk via WhatsApp. This meant that every time I needed assistance, I had to use my personal mobile phone, which felt quite inconvenient and not very guest-friendly.

The location is superb, situated right by the sea. Public transport is incredibly convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away. Although weekly cleaning service is provided, the room was absolutely spotless upon check-in. Upstairs, you'll also find a co-working space, a shared kitchen, and a gym. What's truly amazing is the dedicated pet area – such a thoughtful touch!

Overall, very good. I booked a pre-sale deal through Ctrip for just over 590. There was an additional 100 HKD surcharge for checking in on a Friday. This year, the Hong Kong government introduced a 3% tax, which amounted to over 18 HKD. So, the total came to around 700 HKD. We received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room with a 1.3-meter bed. Considering Hong Kong hotel prices, this offered excellent value for money. In terms of location, it's very close to Nam Cheong MTR station, just a 5-minute walk from Exit B. It's only one MTR stop away from West Kowloon. To get to Disneyland, you only need to make one transfer, and it's a total of three stops. The next day, we also visited the Science Museum near Hung Hom station, which was also a direct few stops on the same line. The room was small but incredibly well-equipped. As my daughter put it, 'It's small but cute!' My 7-year-old daughter and I shared a bed, and it was sufficient for us, but for a family of three, this room type wouldn't accommodate everyone comfortably. It seemed possible to cook, as the room had an oven-like appliance, and there appeared to be a communal kitchen too. Since we only stayed for one night, we didn't get to explore all the hotel's facilities. The room was clean, and the bedding was quite comfortable. It would be even better to visit in the summer, as there's also an infinity pool available for use. The service was also excellent. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and enthusiastic. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The unbeatable night views and convenient location made for a very satisfying stay. The hotel has more of an apartment feel, featuring an office area on the 25th floor, and it's pet-friendly, creating a great shared space atmosphere. Knowing it's an eco-friendly hotel, I came prepared with my own toothbrush and toothpaste. However, despite numerous vacant rooms, I was unable to check in early, which slightly disrupted my plans (I arrived at 1 PM but couldn't get into my room until 3 PM). I'd highly recommend they offer more flexibility with early check-ins.
