Noble Park Hotel

The service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning ladies were very warm and attentive. The location is also great, just a five-minute walk from the subway station. The only downside is how small the room is; the bed is right by the entrance. I didn't see any slippers for after showering, so the floor got wet when I came out.

Excellent! Very close to the MTR station, and the service was great. For such an affordable price in Hong Kong, the room was surprisingly spacious – much bigger than other places I've stayed that cost over HKD 1000. Plus, there's a Sun Chui restaurant nearby, recommended by Francis Ng, which serves incredibly delicious and fresh food!

During my stay, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the condition of the facilities. Firstly, the room was incredibly cramped, a significant departure from the photos and my expectations when booking. Even more concerning was the poor state of the bathroom hygiene; the shower area walls had visible stains and watermarks, suggesting they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time, giving a very unsanitary impression overall. Furthermore, some fixtures on the wall were even taped on, which made me seriously question the safety and proper maintenance of the facilities. As a hotel, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is simply unacceptable and severely impacted my stay. I hope the hotel seriously reviews its room cleaning and facility maintenance issues and provides a reasonable explanation or takes corrective action.

We booked a suite, which was essentially two rooms. One room had a bed and a TV, and felt very private when the door was closed. The other room had two beds. I thought the rooms were quite spacious, much better than I expected, especially considering how expensive real estate is in Hong Kong. We were even given a complimentary souvenir from the front desk during our Chinese New Year trip, which was a lovely surprise!

Although the room was small, it was very well-equipped. Plus, there are plenty of fun places to explore in Hong Kong nearby, and it's super close to the MTR station, making it really convenient to get around. The hotel even provides power adapters!
