During our recent stay at CHUNKING MANSION. WE CANNOT FOUND THE VIENNA HOSTEL BUT WITH ANOTHER NAME. we were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city.
The room was clean, NOT SO spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and LIMITED amenities. The bathroom was SMALL, and the toiletries provided were NONE.
The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, adding to the ease of our stay.
The value for money was exceptional, as we felt that the price we paid was reflective of the comfort, convenience, and service we received. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at CHUNKING MANSION and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We’re looking forward to returning on our next visit!

Rooms are on the 8th floor, but the office is on the 10th.
After getting off the elevator turn right and right again, you'll see many hostels listed except Vienna, but it's right there. Nice staff, we had a small issue with the wifi and they resolved it professionally. Rooms are small, but clean.

Very small room with little space to store anything. Would be nice if instead of some poster there were shelves or something. You can store your luggage below the bed though.
Refrigerator works. Behind the refrigerator is an outlet that works when you're out – for everything else you need a keycard plugged in. We were given only one keycard even though we booked a double room. The keycard isn't NFC nor EMarine, so if one of us went out with it, the other couldn't plug it with some other card and had to stay without any light or power.
You have to explicitly ask for room cleaning, but the cleaning staff are nice about that. Bedsheets had some stains, but otherwise were okay. We were only given a single towel.
Bathroom is very small: you literally shower standing over the toilet (see attched photo). Toilet bowl had a stain on it. Some stuff in the bathroom was outright broken. Water heater works fine at least.
When checking out, there was nobody on the reception, so we couldn't get our deposit back and had to just leave the key there.
