HA FA VILLA

The location of this hotel is truly fantastic and is honestly its biggest advantage. It’s very convenient and well situated, which made getting around easy. Unfortunately, the overall stay was disappointing. The room had a significant mold issue, which caused a strong, unpleasant moldy smell throughout our stay. There was no proper ventilation, and the ventilators did not work, so the smell never improved and was constantly present. Noise was another major issue. On our first day, there were workers in the passageway outside our room until almost 7pm. On another day, there was loud drilling that continued throughout the morning. This made it difficult to relax or rest and significantly affected the comfort of our stay. Housekeeping was also lacking. While staff did come into the room, the floor was never cleaned. It seemed that only some rubbish was removed, but no real cleaning was done, which left the room feeling unkempt. Overall, while the location is excellent, the mold issues, lack of ventilation, noise disturbances, and poor housekeeping made this stay quite disappointing.

Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location! A wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. The room was very comfortable, clean for a relaxing trip. What really stood out was the superb location. It's just steps away from dozens of restaurants, cafés, and shops, and the metro station is close to the hotel. You got tram too. The biggest surprise was the bathroom it just huge!! Plenty of room to move around, great water pressure, and modern fixtures. I read some older reviews mentioning weak Wi-Fi, but Im happy that wasn't an issue at all during my stay. The staff mentioned it had recently been upgraded! lucky! The staff were friendly and helpful overall, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit!

The hotel is easily accessible. The room is just a bit old but it is spacious. However the staff is very helpful and friendly. I checked in after 11pm as it was a sudden stay, and the staff was really helpful as I forgot to bring my charging cable.
