Hygiene: Not very clean. There were clumps of hair under the bed and sink. Facilities: Poor soundproofing. You could hear the water heater running when the next room showered. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located near Genki Sushi and other restaurants.

I didn't have high expectations for this hotel, but I was genuinely satisfied this time. The room, though small, had all the essential amenities, including a toothbrush, hairdryer, and tissues. There was even a slight sea view. The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and they offered luggage storage. In the morning, there was a simple breakfast, and you could get water in the lobby. It's also very close to the subway station. I'm very pleased and will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located at a pretty accessible area. It is about 3-5mins away from the Fortress Hill MTR station. The surrounding food options are great too! The room size is pretty compact but because of the mirrors effect, it doesn’t give you a claustrophobic feel. The only thing is that the cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs to be improved. I found strands of hair on the duvet and in the bathroom. There is a funky smell (like urine) coming from the toilet as well. Otherwise, it is a pretty good place for a short stay. Maybe the hotel management can look into replacing the toilet bowls and the sewage during the next renovation.

They offer complimentary coffee and tea, and in the mornings, there's free bread with delicious sauces. The service is excellent. The space is a bit small but acceptable, and the price is quite high on weekends/holidays.

Stayed here spontaneously for a concert. It was quite clean, very close to the subway station, and there are lots of food options right downstairs – super convenient! The staff were also very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
