I booked the Renaissance Seaview Hotel on Baidu, but it automatically redirected me here. The customer service said it was because the Baidu Maps link was incorrect. I didn't take any photos.

NEVER AGAIN!!! it just so happened hotels were very expensive during this time and I booked this cheap hotel. The building is so dirty. The room is dilapidated. I doubted the sheets are unwashed. 400 HKD is expensive for this no star apartment turned hotel. I felt like I was detained in a prison without windows. 😢😢🤮🤮. insects are crawling

Low cost option in expensive city, but stay was very average. Quite a challenge to find Shower head had to be held when using, no clip to hold it up Lift queue meant it frequently took 10 minutes to get to room from front door Room quite clean, but approach to the guesthouse filthy. Very confined space, no windows Very limited power points.

Clean and nice

the location is very easy to find, we should have check in at 2 o'clock but because we arrived early they allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier,so I'am very grateful about this, the tidy of the room is not bad, maybe in the future we can pay more attention to cleanliness, especially the bathroom. Thank you for your good service🙏

It was decent.

Very nice and clean.

It's clean, but the air conditioner vents have a lot of dust coming out. The bathroom is clean, the blankets and towels are clean.

The room is very small but the location is good, convenient for traveling, right in the middle of the tourist area. The price is not worth the room.

Extremely dirty and awful, with terrible service. They won't answer your calls. They act like they're God. Don't come here, you'll just get ripped off.

We arrived at the hotel at around 11pm and the atmosphere was quite sordid with people coming and going. To get to the reception you have to go through a courtyard with rubbish all around and we saw a rat and a cockroach walking by. They put us in rooms on different floors despite the same number of the reservation for the 2 rooms. In the room we found another bug. The bed looked narrow for two people (although this was already apparent from the photos) and the space in the bathroom was minimal. In short, we went to look for another hotel to sleep in which for only 15 euros more per person as it was a last minute reservation, it was of a much higher category.

Facilities: OK, but a bit old Hygiene: OK Environment: There are many shopping malls nearby Service: OK

It's OK. You can't ask for too much in Hong Kong.
