Being new here, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this stay turned out to be my most satisfying one yet. I hope I get the chance to book here again when I come back to Hong Kong. Many thanks for the top-notch service !

The room is good for us. Aside from that we have a nice view and the caretaker is polite and calm. Good costumer service. Will surely book again with you when we travel again to Hong Kong 😊

The cleaning ladies every day entered to my room without asking. I had to start locking the door. Luckily we received the room with window. But this was really tiny and im only 1.75 meters. People 1.80+ wont fit in those beds. The ladies who did the check in are really gentle, like mary, but it is really difficult to find them due the rooms are located on different floors and the reception is not open. they should give whatsapp numbers to contact the receptionist if they are not going to be on the hostel rooms.

The guesthouse is located above an apartment building. Its biggest draw is its proximity to Victoria Harbour and the Star Ferry pier. Downstairs, transportation is incredibly convenient with bus stops and an MTR station nearby.

there is no toothpaste and cup offered able to brush teeth unless I have asked. maybe that's why only rated 3.5 out of 5. :-（

It's my first time staying here. It's very clean, not noisy and very quiet. I will stay here again next time. There are all kinds of things to buy downstairs. It's convenient for shopping. It's very close to watching the night view of Victoria. The price is reasonable and cost-effective.

The first thing we did when we arrived at Hong Kong was to put down our suitcases. Fortunately, there was a room available for early check-in, but we still had to rush back to Shenzhen to stay that night. The room fee was just like storing a suitcase, which was luxurious, right? 🤪🤪 I was tired from walking and just wanted to have a comfortable night's sleep. I originally wanted to stay in the hotel for one night, but it is recommended to replace the mattress. Since I didn't stay there, I can't give too much advice.

The room was small but well-equipped. The staff spoke Cantonese, and there were Filipino maids. The surrounding area was bustling, and the location was good. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep. A dense swarm of small cockroaches appeared in the middle of the night, which was disgusting. Located in a building, the elevator had problems getting to the building, but it was inconvenient. You can experience the specific reasons yourself, but I wouldn't recommend it. The value for money is not high.

The transportation is convenient. There is a subway entrance downstairs. Shopping is also very convenient. You can also enjoy the night view from the windows facing the street.

The room is clean and the CP value is good. However, I accidentally forgot the key yesterday and no one answered my calls. They were sent to the voice mailbox. I waited at the door for nearly two hours. Trip.com helped me get in touch yesterday. I was worried about the problem of sending my luggage after checking out today. I sent them a message last night to inquire about it. I called them many times since about 9 o'clock this morning and no one answered. They all left the message box. Now I can only take it. For luggage, you can only arrive at the airport early for the evening flight, otherwise it will be very inconvenient. It is suitable for backpackers or super I people without luggage, because there is no way to see or contact anyone.

The room is comfortable, clean and well-organized. The bed is good and comfortable. The transportation is very convenient. It is very convenient to travel to and from the airport and Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. There are various restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls, and shops nearby.
