Hopewell Hotel

I stayed for several days and absolutely loved the Hong Kong Hop Inn. It's my top choice when traveling with kids! The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new. The biggest advantage is the size of the rooms! In Hong Kong, rooms ranging from 30-60㎡ here are simply heaven. The rooms are very new, with a modern minimalist decor. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom features Kohler fixtures. There's also a coffee machine/coffee capsules, USB charging ports, and other thoughtful details. Charles Lee at the hotel was incredibly kind and friendly, and provided professional service 👍. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful ❤️, making us feel right at home – it was truly great! I'll definitely be back to stay again! 😍

The room was super spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The front desk staff and bellhops were very polite. It had two toilets and was very quiet. There was also a coffee machine with good-tasting coffee. The breakfast offered many choices and was delicious. I would definitely visit again.

Had a fantastic stay here! The room was great, really spacious and quiet, and the service was excellent. The view from the window was lovely too. The hotel is located inside a shopping mall and close to the MTR station, which was super convenient. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

Facilities: Excellent! Two toilets, three sinks, and a washing machine – very convenient. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Great. Service: Excellent. The only minor inconvenience was that it's a bit of a walk to the MTR station, and changing elevators was a bit cumbersome. Also, while the Hopewell Centre mall is open until 10 PM, many shops close around 8 or 9 PM.

As a frequent guest at the Hopewell Hotel, I visit Hong Kong every month, and Hopewell has always been my only choice. What touches me most is the hotel's meticulous service. During this stay, Front Office GSM Mandy Poon's reception was especially heartwarming. She was as friendly as ever, not only recognizing me as a regular guest but also taking the extra step to handwrite a welcome card and offer fruit. Her thoughtfulness made me feel right at home. Many thanks to Ms. Mandy, and I look forward to meeting her again next time.

Staying for four nights was a fantastic experience! The location is superb, with a subway station right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. It's not far from Central or Causeway Bay, and there are tons of food options nearby. Mandy Poon, who handled our check-in, had an excellent attitude and met all our needs. Highly recommended!

This was a serendipitous find. For a last-minute trip, I booked this hotel on Ctrip, and it's absolutely top-notch in Hong Kong, whether it's the location, service, or amenities. The value for money is exceptional. It's a prime choice for both family vacations and business trips. Thanks, Amy ^_^
