優點是房間面積很大屋內配置還算齊全 整理的也很乾凈 但是服務真是不敢恭維！ 首先是抵達大堂便捷程度； 早上去健身開房門，發現隔壁門口躺着一個人在睡覺， 身邊還有行李，着實人一跳。 不知此人如何上到高樓層， 酒店也沒有工作人員管一下嗎？ 不好在走廊睡覺。 特別是在別人房間門口。 健身房飲水機也是沒水的。 服務真心不值這個價格！ 入住體驗很差

環境很好，就在灣仔站合和中心樓上，有穿商場和單獨的酒店電梯兩種路線，高峯時間有工作人員在合和中心門口接待，我們第一次跟着標識也很清楚的就能找到。
價錢是香港能享受到的最好的豪華酒店了哈哈哈哈，工作人員服務態度也很好，外國人很多，入住會慢一點。
周邊有香港老街道，有菜市場和小吃街，非常有煙火氣，出門就是主路，離地鐵站很近，但是地鐵站裏面要走一段路程，拖着行李會有一點累。
但是還是強烈推薦！

The self check in was hassle free. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Location of hotel is very near MTR so it is convenient to get to almost everywhere. View from room is nice too! 😬

房間真的超大，很乾凈。前台以及服務人員態度特別好，生活便利，附近很多吃的，商場就在下面。唯一的小缺點可能就是隔音稍微差點，空調噪音有點影響。不過真的沒想到這麼漂亮乾淨豪華的房間，下次還是回來的
