Found sthg unusual sticking to the shower head. Some leftover package of shampoo & a piece of soap next to TV set. Toilet seat has yellow stains. Clearly housekeeping is not a priority for them. And will not have breakfast bc FEHD has yet to approve their licence.

The service was alright, nothing I was particularly unhappy about. The room was small, as expected, and the location was a bit out of the way, but it was accessible by subway, which was fine. The main issue was that the air conditioning only had a cooling function! It was only a few degrees when I stayed, so it was really, really, really cold! They also didn't clean the room during my three-day stay.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is very close to a bus stop, and the Island Line MTR station is about a 10-minute walk away, which is quite convenient. Outside, you get typical Hong Kong Island city views. My room was right next to the road, but there weren't many cars at night, so it wasn't too noisy. For Hong Kong, the value for money is relatively high, and the room size isn't particularly small. It's well-equipped and clean too.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they provided towels, toothbrushes, slippers, and even drinking water. Plus, there was a complimentary breakfast!

Stayed in the double room since the new twin room was sold out. The comforter is too small for two people so you will need to ask for a second one. The new breakfast buffet is nice and affordable if you didn't select to have it included with your stay (HKD$60). There's no floor towel in the bathroom as well as handsoap or a trashcan. The staff are friendly and allowed me to check in early. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants. It's also close to public transportation such as the Sai Wan Ho metro station, bus and tram.

The room was better than expected; it was very quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. They even provided an extra duvet. My power adapter didn't work, but the front desk kindly lent me one – excellent service! Luckily, I also got to enjoy the breakfast buffet, which was really good! I'll definitely come back next time.

Cheap and cheerful hotel, great for a one or two night stay. Only several stations away from Wan Chai/Central. For the price I paid the hotel was everything I needed it to be. Overall a decent stay and no complaints.
