Next time I visit Hong Kong, I'll definitely stay here again. The service was excellent, the room was spacious, and the location is superb. It's walking distance to K11, and there's an Ichiran Ramen right next door to the hotel. Tony and Mike at the front desk were very nice, responsive, and provided great service.

It's also a pleasant walk to Victoria Harbour during my free time. The room design is simple, cleanliness is well-maintained, and the soundproofing is effective, blocking out street noise. The bedding is comfortable, helping to alleviate the fatigue from exploring. The rooftop outdoor pool is the hotel's biggest highlight, complemented by a sea-view bar – perfect for a refreshing swim during the day or enjoying the night view in the evening. The 24-hour gym is well-equipped. Housekeeping was meticulous and paid attention to all the details. William and Jasmine provided excellent service and were patient in assisting whenever I had questions. When you're tired from sightseeing, you can relax in the social lounge area. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

The room was spacious enough, spotlessly clean, and had excellent soundproofing, so I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise, allowing for a truly relaxing rest. The rooftop pool offers direct views of Victoria Harbour, and the bar is perfect for a leisurely drink while enjoying the nightscape. The 24-hour gym is great for a quick workout. Room cleaning was meticulous. William and Clare provided friendly and prompt service. The Social Lounge area has a relaxed vibe, perfect for a short break. Overall, it's a well-balanced experience and highly recommended for tourists. Very good!

The service was actually quite good, and we didn't experience the half-hour check-in queue that others mentioned. We arrived just before 1 PM and were able to check in immediately. We also received welcome drink vouchers. However, upon entering the room, we found stains on the toilet seat. After reporting it, the butler arranged for a deep clean and sent some fruit and desserts as compensation. I have to complain that for a new hotel, the toilet isn't smart-sensing; you have to flush manually and hold it down for a while, which is quite tiring. The hotel's location is excellent, and while the room isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate for Hong Kong where space is at a premium. P.S. The room door is genuinely heavy and requires a lot of force to open.
