Wah Do Villa

This hotel was terrible. 1. The original map on Ctrip was completely wrong, showing it as opposite the DX Design Museum, but it was actually in the opposite direction, a 30-minute walk away. 2. There were no keys to the rooms, so someone had to open the door, making it completely unsafe. 3. There was no hot water at all (later, a staff member, possibly the owner, said that you needed to notify them before taking a shower, so they boiled water on the spot). 4. The air conditioning was unusable, and the large fan above the bed was blowing directly on it. With the fan off, it was impossible to sleep, and with it on, the blankets were dirty and thin, which would definitely make you sick. 5. The TV was even more ridiculous; the switch was on the wall next to the door. I returned at 11 PM the previous night, and the older woman on night duty was very impatient when she opened the door (I later learned that I had disturbed her sleep). She kept telling me that I had to check out before 11 AM, that there would be a 20 yuan charge for luggage, that I couldn't shower all night, that the room was terrible and I couldn't sleep at all, and that I had to go out to find a place to shower at 7 AM. She said that I could check out of the room now and pick up my luggage at 11 AM, and that if I wanted to pay, I could check out at 11 AM, but since it was 7 AM now and someone (a man and a woman) needed the room for half a day, I could earn extra money. Only then did the woman on night duty reluctantly agree.
