The hotel is located on a slope, which can be a bit challenging if you're carrying heavy luggage or if you're elderly, infirm, or have disabilities. The most unbearable part was the extremely slow and unreliable Wi-Fi in the room. Additionally, there was a persistent foul odor coming from the bathroom drain (no wonder there was a strong disinfectant smell upon entering the room). I somewhat regret choosing this place.

I booked it last minute, and for this price in this area of Hong Kong, it's pretty good value for money. The room is very typical Hong Kong style – you can barely open your suitcase. The window is so narrow you'd have to sleep curled up. The bathroom facilities are fine, and it's environmentally friendly that you need to bring your own toiletries. I still give the hotel's location a like.

The window in the room was drafty, there were no amenities whatsoever, and slippers cost 10 HKD, cash only. For the same price as the Hotel Pravo across the street, the accommodation and service here are a world apart! The short, dark-skinned front desk attendant spoke broken Mandarin and had a look of disdain for mainland guests. I've used Ctrip for 20 years, and I never expected to find a hotel like this on their website!

Clean room. But people smoked on my floor (probably in their rooms) at night time but hotel staff couldn't locate the source and couldn't put a stop to it. It significantly affected my sleep.

Is a little bit troublesome . It has no defaulted showel gel and shampoo. Also , i was not be reminded. I needed to buy the shower gel during taking shower. Despite the hotel staff gave me instantly and allowed me to pay after shower . Is still strenuous.
