I stayed here for a short trip and overall it was fine for the price. The service was good and the facilities were decent, but don’t expect hotel-level luxury — rooms in Hong Kong are generally very small. The accommodation was also a bit tricky to find, and food wasn’t provided as stated, though that didn’t matter to me since I had an early flight. I don’t usually spend much on accommodation, so it suited my needs. One thing to note: people are surprisingly active around 4 am, so bring earplugs if your room is near a busy social area.

The room is quite small, which is understandable in a place like Hong Kong where space is at a premium. The owner is very nice and welcoming. It's the best value for money at this price point. The location is also easy to find, making it convenient to get anywhere.

The manager was really nice and helpfull . He gave us bigger towels for the shower, and cooled bottled water for free. The place is small and simple, but really affordable. I recommend it. A little difficult to find the correct entrance though.

Very clean and hygienic, and the surroundings are quiet. The location is a bit hard to find, but the owner was very patient and helpful when I called for directions. Most importantly, it's really close to the station, just a ten-minute walk away.

The host was incredibly helpful; I couldn't find the exact location, so they personally came to guide me. The guesthouse facilities are quite comprehensive, and the location is very convenient, close to West Kowloon Station, Austin Station, and the Airport Express Kowloon Station.

The owner provided good service, and the room's cleanliness was acceptable. It's quite close to Tsim Sha Tsui, and they offer free bottled water daily. Showering for one person is fine, but if multiple people need to shower, there might be a wait because it's an electric water heater.

A family of three stayed here, and the hotel's cleanliness really exceeded our expectations – it was fantastic! The owner was also very polite and provided great service. It was a wonderful experience, and we'd consider staying here again next time we visit Hong Kong.

I had to rush back to the mainland the next day for business, so I booked this hotel because it's the closest to West Kowloon Station. The owner was super nice and offered great service. My room was quite airy, but it's an older building with outdated facilities. The room was basic, clean enough, and reasonably priced. Plus, commercial areas are within walking distance, so the location is excellent.

For us, the owner waited outside the building to help us get in but I think it might be more convenient to correspond with them ahead of time about how to get nvolved n - entrance is kinda hard to find: one of the other travellers left a review with the photo entrance, so refer to that! - for ignorant people like me, the shower water heating system is a bit foreign so be careful not to set the water too ho

The location is excellent. There's a fantastic old Cantonese dim sum restaurant nearby.
