The room didn't match the pictures at all. It was incredibly small, with black stains on the walls and dust on the headboard – quite dirty, though thankfully the sheets were white. There was no private bathroom, and the soundproofing was terrible; you could hear everything. Definitely a stay where you wouldn't want to make a sound yourself.

This hotel is incredibly rigid. They refuse to process refunds or date changes once a booking is made, even if you try to coordinate with them well in advance. It's really difficult to communicate with them.

Trip.com just uploads pictures for these awful hotels. The actual environment is uninhabitable, not even fit for a dog. We reported that the actual hotel environment didn't match the pictures, and they just told us we couldn't get a refund. Trip.com failed to conduct due diligence and is making consumers pay for it.

Facilities: Rooms in Hong Kong are generally small. Environment: Right downstairs is a bustling commercial area.

Had a terrible experience. Booked for four nights but only stayed the first night. They refused to issue a refund for the remaining nights, and the platform's intervention wasn't strong enough. I called multiple times, and even when they specified a call-back time, they often didn't follow through.
